I cannot recommend D.Louise highly enough. I ordered 2 bracelets and 1 pair of earrings yesterday and they arrived in the post this morning. Each piece is gorgeous and comes in a pretty box. I couldn't work out how to open the clasp on the earrings so I contacted customer services and I had a reply within 10 minutes explaining what to do .

I didn't have to wait long for my delivery and although I don't need to return my dress , I can see that returns are straight forward.

Unfortunately the trousers were too tight round the waist but I was refunded quickly and was told there was no need to return them.

Writing a will with Farewell was so easy. You are guided every step of the way. They approve it, you print it ( or they will if you don't have a printer) All you need to do then is have 2 witnesses to sign and witness your signature and it's legal. The whole process took 5 days.

My coat arrived when they said it would and it is perfect for my holiday in the snow. It's extremely warm, light and long and I love the colour!

The table and chairs arrived after a few days and they're exactly what I wanted. I needed to get someone to assemble them for me, it took about 2 hours and was not difficult.
The chairs are comfy , especially with the cushions. Everything is well built and I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a small table and chairs.

This beautiful soft jumper is flattering and cosy at the same time. Great to wear over a dress or with a t shirt and jeans.

I needed to change the entry time of my ticket. It was so easy, I had to buy some more, email ticketmaster the new time and reference number and within an hour they had emailed me back saying they had refunded the original tickets.

Incredibly efficient and I had my result certified in 30 minutes. I will tell everyone to use this testing.
