I ordered a made to measure Platinum blind, I also purchased the insurance that if I had measured the blind incorrectly, Blinds Direct would make me a new one free of charge (Just to be on the safe side). My blind then arrived DAMAGED, the roller was broken. I took photo's and sent them in . An Email arrived which stated my blind would be replaced and I didn't need to send the old one back etc etc. Then 3 days later a roller part arrived. I Emailed and stated this wasn't acceptable I shouldn't be repairing my made to measure blind. But I was told this is what they do. SO BE AWARE it may not be made to measure it may be made to measure taken to bits and repaired yourself through no fault of your own !!!!!!


I have now changed my stars ⭐️. To be fair even though I was disappointed this has been resolved. And the product does look very good 👍

Sent multiple emails rang loads of times no response.

Worcester Howdens have always provided me with a great service from design, competitive quotation right through to supply. Ryan has completed my last two kitchen designs and I am very happy to recommend his services to all . 10 out of 10

Ordering was fine (Just be careful as next day delivery is not the next day) however returning became a complete nightmare

Called the day after delivery and explained that this product we had ordered was unsuitable for my mother in law was told that ok that's fine will get it collected by one of our courier's DPD the next day -
YOU MUST TAKE various photo's of the product and Email them in. Just to confirm no damage etc.
Apparently these went received !!!!! when I called no knowledge ?
Therefore two 80 year olds waited in - NO COLLECTION no phone call no Email
Called again the next day - same response
Called again the next day - apologies etc. the item was finally collected - No confirmation Email nothing !!! - 3 weeks later still no refund
Called again today and was told it would be a further 3-5 working days

TBH We have been forgotten and left to chase our money .NOT WORTH THE PAIN BUY ELSEWHERE

Dropped off at 7 free of charge got a tracking number - didn’t need it a great service
