I love these!! What an absolute fabulous idea the raised feeding bowls are!! The bowl stand catches every drop of water and food that would normally spill on the floor when my dogs are feeding/drinking. The legs take a bit of manouvering to fit onto the stand (I had to look at the photo to see which way they attached), but once they are on and the rubber pads are fitted, they look fab.

Absolute garbage! I would give Evri zero stars if I could. I've been waiting for a parcel for 8 days and have received 3 emails from the Evri driver advising that they will be delivering that day within a certain timeframe, and on all 3 occasions I have then received notification that they were unable to deliver and will try again another day. The delivery address is a GP surgery, therefore open 8am - 6.30pm and I don't see any other couriers struggling to deliver parcels there, just Evri. I've cancelled the order now. Retailers need to stop using Evri, they're a waste of space!

Bought the Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool mattress from Bensons for Beds. The mattress serves its' purpose for being firm and helps so much with my back. Unfortunately, I haven't experienced the Smartcool part of the mattress, which was definitely the selling point for us. The Smartcool is absolutely rubbish, after having the mattress for a few months, I can't say I have benefited from this at all, unfortunately it's a big disappointment!

Stay Away!! I ordered 2 dog coats which included an offer of a free lead with each coat. I eventually received both coats, but with only ONE lead. I have messaged customer service asking for the lead but my emails are being ignored! Stay away at all costs, just scamming offers to get you to order and then don't fulfil the order. I have always used this company, but it has certainly gone downhill recently, they are not interested in the customer ..... Just greedy scammers.

Was trying to order 2 more coats today. Website states free delivery (as were my previous orders). I had a discount code for £7.99 today, which I was granted at checkout, but a delivery charge of £4.99 was added on. Therefore there is no free delivery and no full discount. I would have bought the 2 coats but won't be doing so on principal.

I have tried numerous times this week to try and purchase a pair of Crocs, using a Discount Code. On each occasion, the page accepts the discount code and shows the final price for me to pay, but on the next page (payment page), at the bottom of the screen, the discount has been added back on and shows the payment to be taken will be the Full Price!! I found the sandals elsewhere for the discounted price which was a bonus.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered sympathy flowers on 31 May, to be delivered 2nd June between 8am - 6pm. They have still NOT been delivered. Customer Service closes at 5pm, so no staff available for me track the flowers. There has been someone in the house all day, waiting for delivery.
Fast enough to take the money, but not fast at delivering the goods! Absolute disgrace and should be ashamed for conning the vulnerable and grieving!
**5.6.25 -UPDATE: Incompetence yet again ...... You are only 3 days late with your response! From the onset I did provide the CORRECT order number to Interflora along with the CORRECT email address and CORRECT contact number, hence the reason why they were able to contact me. The flowers were eventually delivered albeit a day late. Your message is too late Stacey.

Bought travel insurance online and received an email confirming my purchase. However, there is a glitch in ther link to open my policy, so I have no access to my documents. I have been calling and emailing them for 2 weeks, no answer on the phone and no response to my emails. In the end I gave up and purchased insurance elsewhere. Avoid this company who are quick to take your money but then no customer service or after sales!!

Garbage App with Errors! Received notification that my credit card balance had increased although I hadn't used it. Checked with my credit card provider who confirmed this notification is totally incorrect!!! Tried to question their error via the app but kept getting thrown off! They say the app is a month behind, but it was more like 3 months behind. Credit score changes daily without there being any activity. Would not recommend this completely rubbish app!!!

Absolutely garbage company!! I wouldn't even give 1 star if it wasn't mandatory to enable me to create a review. This company employs lazy, idle, incompetent, lying couriers. I received an email from them informing me that the delivery address was incorrect and therefore my parcel was on it's way back to the sender ...... there was NO part of the address that was incorrect, the delivery address is a huge GP Surgery and the only building with that postcode. So basically the driver couldn't be bothered!! It's garbage companies like this that give the genuine, hardworking logistics companies a bad name!!

Appalling Online Scam & No Customer Service!
I ordered a pair of boots online and received an e-mail a week later informing me the item was out of stock. I have still NOT received my refund and trying to get through to customer service is a joke - I'm not even convinced such department exists. So ..... come on Matalan, instead of hanging on to peoples hard earned money, how about refunding - this is MY money, not yours ..... It's called theft!!
