they were treating two areas of grass, one looked terrible for months, I tried to cancel but I was told I need to have more paid treatments because there was a 60 day cancellation period even though the grass looks terrible. I told them to cancel, they made it very difficult and tried to push more treatments.

Our 60-day cancellation policy is detailed on our website, and a link to our terms and conditions is contained in every email that we send. We employ this policy so that we can assess your lawn for a final time and ensure that we have done all we can for our customers.
I can see that my colleague did her utmost to help and sought feedback from your regular technician after hearing of your dissatisfaction. It is our technician's opinion that further work would be required to improve the condition of your front lawn. This is something we are seeing in many lawns at the moment - the prolonged drought conditions of the summer were unprecedented and lawns with heavier layers of thatch have been slower to recover.
I'm sorry that we have been unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. If we can be of any further help please reach out and let us know.

Home Insurance claim, waste of time
Attempted to get a claim for some damage to roof using Home Insurance policy but operator just turns your story around to suit themselves and go down the line of wear and tear because there were no storms in the area using their own checks. Never claimed for anything before and will certainly look through policies thoroughly in the future. Cant believe they will not cover something like this.
