bought what i was informed would be a leather hat . It was a leather lookalike called pleather. Considering the delivery time 3 weeks and the price was for a leather hat it was an unfortunate learning curve . no return to that brand . Slick advertising BUT UNBACKED BY PRODUCT

Phoned and email to complain and drew no response. I would not use this company again as I had to drive 30 miles across central London to collect my order from the misdeliverd adress

When orders are placed online, the address entered when placing the order is the address that the order is to be delivered to.
Once an order is complete, an email is also sent for you to confirm if the delivery and product details are correct before despatch is confirmed.
