Enterprise Ireland partnered with Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline and Ryanair Labs to deliver an Innovation Day at Ryanair's Trident Centre in Dublin, bringing together 12 Enterprise Ireland client companies with senior leaders from across the Ryanair Group. Developing collaboration and engagement between global companies, such as Ryanair, and innovative Irish SMEs, is a key priority for Enterprise Ireland. The event showcased innovative Irish solutions across Operational Efficiency & Automation, Engineering, Network Resilience & Risk, and Revenue, Customer Experience & Workforce Capability. Enterprise Ireland client company H&MV Engineering has announced plans to create 1,000 jobs in the United States over the next five years. The Limerick-headquartered company has established its North America headquarters in Dallas as it expands its engineering, construction and project delivery capabilities. H&MV Engineering employs more than 1,900 people across 20 international offices and has grown revenues from €61 million in 2020 to more than €1 billion today. Enterprise Ireland client company Glanua has announced its expansion into the United States with the opening of its first US office in Radnor, Pennsylvania. The new US operation will focus on the design of specialist water and wastewater treatment systems for the life sciences and food and beverage manufacturing sectors. Glanua now employs more than 750 people and expects revenue to exceed €200 million in 2026, with plans to build a team of over 200 employees in the US over time. Enterprise Ireland’s Innovation Arena at the 2026 National Ploughing Championships Championship showcased the very best of Irish agricultural innovation, hosted in partnership with the National Ploughing Association. More than 40 Irish agri-tech innovators exhibited in the Innovation Arena. The award winners were VetPal Technology, winner of the ‘Start-Up of the Year’ award, Telenostic, winner of the ‘Innovation Arena Champion’ award, TERRA NutriTECH, winner of the ‘Green Impact Award’, and MastiTrak, winner of the ‘Young Innovator of the Year’ award. These award-winning innovations demonstrate how Irish agri-tech companies are responding to global challenges, including climate change, animal health, increased regulation and rising costs, while creating solutions that help farmers make informed, insight-driven decisions.
