I’ve been using Selldone for a couple of months as an e-commerce platform, and it is easily one of the most powerful and scalable "all-in-one" commerce engines available. It eliminates the need for endless third-party plugins, offering a massive suite of features right out of the box.

**What I Love:**

* **Support:** The support team is fantastic—responsive, attentive, and consistently helpful whenever an issue or question arises. Mark is very knowledgeable!

* **Shop Features & Stability:** The core commerce system is rock solid. From handling various product types to catalog management and checkout flows, the platform’s stability and baseline operational features are top-notch.

* **API Functionality:** For developers or anyone looking to build custom store experiences or connect external tools, the open API functionality and developer tools offer incredible freedom.
* **AI Integration:** The AI integrations are extremely useful, making design and API setup significantly faster.

* **Customization:** There is immense depth here. You aren't boxed into rigid templates, allowing you to tailor the backend and frontend to match your exact business needs.

**Room for Improvement:**

* **Page Builder:** The visual page builder can feel clunky and unintuitive compared to dedicated design builders. It gets the job done, but it takes extra effort to achieve the exact layout you want.

* **Admin Dashboard & Terminology:** Navigating the admin dashboard can occasionally feel overwhelming. Some of the ecommerce terms, shop configuration settings, and menus can be confusingly labeled or structured, requiring a bit of a learning curve to figure out where everything lives.

**Features**
There is no product bundle feature (where you add multiple products to combine into one kit/set with inventory control). Setting tax configuration for just one state was confusing.

**Overall Verdict:**
If you want a stable, feature-packed, AI-ready commerce engine with exceptional support and deep customization options, Selldone is outstanding. If they polish the page builder experience, add a few features, and streamline the dashboard terminology, it will easily be a 5-star platform across the board.
