Vorsicht, nur Downloads, keine Bereitschaft eines refunds
Habe das Spiel Baldurs Gate 3 für PC kaufen wollen, da ich aber kein Gamer bin und dieses verschenken wollte, konnte ich mit dem Begriff "steam" nichts anfangen. Am Tag drauf sah ich dann das es nur ein Download ist. Meine Bitte an den Verkäufer den Kauf rückgängig zu machen, wies dieser zurück, obwohl der Download weder vollzogen noch genutzt wurde, daß ist rechtswidrig. Ich werde mir rechtlichen Beistand besorgen.
