Rude and childish customer service
The customer service at Visualise TV is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have them as a back up service and their service was down again today. I reached out to them on WhatsApp, asking if my account had expired, and they refused to answer any questions. I have previously commented on their poor service and they provided even worse service today.
I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

We have been using this service for 2 years. We travel with it as well. The only complaint is that some channels experience a lag, then recover, usually during popular sports events or news coverage.

Lots of channels and great customer service
In short...
I've been a subscriber for multiple years, they have pretty mucb any live TV, including middle eastern channels, so i know wtf Trump in Benny is doing. And they have all the PPV events and live sports all for one low monthly price. Might I add customer service is great!!
In long....
Well, I've been using visualise for over 3 years. I did venture out to other providers while maintaining a subscription with visualise, just to test the waters and see whats out there. The other providers I've tried didn't quite match up to what visualise provides whether it be live TV, live sports (NFL, NBA, March Madness, PPV events are the best through visualise). The Movies and TV Series are all there. I could binge watch for days all while paying such a low subscription. Visualise made a mistake one their end and I felt that as a loyal customer, they should honor the mistake they made, or I was ready to shop around. But, after acknowledging the mistake, things were made right, and now because of that great customer service experience I've vowed to stay loyal. I have shared my great experiences with family and friends religiously. And although one could think that if the service was so great over the years, then why should a mistake by visualise be the nail in the coffin. But, if I must be so honest, it is for the simple fact that I've always been a subscriber, and felt like any honest business should eat the loss of a mistake to satisfy the customer. A loyal customer. So here I am to stay!!!

It's not always perfect
It's not always perfect, but it certainly is worthwhile and when things go wrong there is adequate support. Since I don't know a lot about the service, I struggle at times, and have to bother the support staff. They have been good to me!
