I deposited $400 with this broker. During my experience, I noticed that the charts for the real trading pairs did not appear to match the market data I expected from other sources, which raised concerns for me.

The main issue occurred when I requested a withdrawal. The platform marked my withdrawal as "Successful" almost immediately, but I never received the money. It has now been 5 days, and despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have not received any response or explanation. I have kept screenshots of my deposit, withdrawal status, and support messages as evidence.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this broker .

They held my funds hostage and their support team is actively avoided me the whole time.

I deposited 17,630.2 USDT into my account. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was entirely blocked. I cannot withdraw via USDT or any other payment method.

Worse, the system is now giving me a "Withdrawal not available in your country" error, which makes zero sense as my account is fully verified and I am trading from Moldova without any prior geographical restrictions.

Here is the rundown of their terrible customer support so far:

I uploaded a clear video proof showing the platform error and my balance. My withdrawal was still flat-out rejected.
I emailed support, and they told me they needed to do a video call to resolve the issue.
They continuously changed the timings for this video call, and then never actually called.
I provided my direct phone number and asked them to call me. I have received absolute silence.
It feels like they are using stalling tactics to avoid paying out my money. You expect a massive broker to have decent support, but promising a scheduled call and completely ghosting a client with over $17,600 trapped in their system is unacceptable.
