I feel like it helps my joints feel less stiff & achy. I have had several replacements. Once I finally received the unit and started using it, it turned out to be effective and easy to use.

I bought in early as one of the seeders. The red light device works well so far.

Ordered the Stride after my physio mentioned light therapy and I was curious enough to try it. Delivery took about four days and the packaging felt properly premium. Three weeks of nightly sessions in and my hip is maybe a touch less stiff in the mornings, but I honestly cant tell if thats the device or the stretches I have been doing alongside it. It is not cheap either, and lying still for twenty minutes every night is harder to keep up than it sounds. Support did answer my question about session length within a day which I appreciated. Going to give it the full guarantee period before I make my mind up.

I have been reading many negative reviews on the Trust pilot website. I'm wondering if these people are even reviewing the genuine Halsten product. I've seen many knock offs being sold by Amazon, Walmart and other companies. They are not the genuine article. They are actually spelled Halston, not Halsten. My experience with Halsten has been altogether positive. I have tried many remedies for my terrible hip pain, including supplements of various kinds, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, and orthopedic treatment. The only thing that is working for me is the genuine Halsten stride. It is giving me back my life and enabling me to sleep without pain and walk without limping. It absolutely works where nothing else has. I strongly recommend making sure you are buying the genuine Halsten product and not a cheap knockoff.

Haven’t tried it yet I’m scared because I’ve read all of the bad reviews on it but all I got was the hip brace I got no books no instructions. No nothing. Wish me luck.

Wow I cannot believe how good this worked. After using it twice my hip pain was significantly less. I tried it around my knee last night as my knee always hurts. I woke up no pain in my knee at all. It’s been years!! I highly recommend!!

I bought into all the impressive marketing ads. Why wouldn’t I? The marketing is brilliant and targeted to women of a certain age who are in pain daily. Women like me whose quality of life has been affected by this sudden hip pain. We want help and we want to believe that Halsten Stride is the answer. We can’t really afford the product but we pull out the credit card anyway. I’ve had mine for a week now (it took 2 1/2 weeks to get from China, another lie) and I’m going to use it every day for 90 days BUT what I received is NOT what is in the ads. What I got looks like a cheap knock-off of what is pictured in the ads. It is ill fitting on my size 12 hips and legs so I’m not using it as a wear on. I’m sitting and placing just the pad under me. The lights are what is supposed to help and that is a 60 light pad that covers about 7.5 in. by 4.5 in. area. BUT, my greatest concern is that if these people (yes, in China) would make false claims about and send something that is not what they are showing, why would they be truthful about the quality of the lights they are putting on this small area covering light pad? It’s shameful. I will continue to use it for the full 90 days and then if it doesn’t work, I will be seeking a refund. IF it works, I’ll be back with a positive review. For now, I hate being lied to so I would not recommend this product simply based on the deceptive marketing.

I just received mine in the mail yesterday im doing 20 min on the right side and 20 on my left .I already can feel a difference im not so stiff..

After (4) 20 minute sessions, I can see a difference in my pain!!

The product has arrived and it looks great! Honestly, the packaging and the materials are way nicer than expected. I was also worried it might be too small for my hips, but the straps are just fine and the fit is good too.

I still don’t know exactly how it works, but this is the first time in years I can take the stairs without excruciating pain

I ordered this about 30 days ago. I missed a few days, but it still worked really well. Before, I avoided physical activity because of the pain. Yesterday, I went on a 2-hour hike with almost no pain or stiffness. I won’t skip any more days now!

Collagen production drops dramatically over the years and, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about this. I always look for different solutions that might help slow down collagen loss, because it does affect skin quality and joints. And I think it's a great tool to use combined with some collagen supplements. My hips were never in super bad condition to begin with, but after using the stride for a while I have an impression that they became stronger and I want to believe that this is it.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but they have very good customer service that answered all of the questions I had along the way and for some reason I did have quite a few. Took me around 10 days to notice that my hips are getting better.

I’ve been using the brace every morning for 30 days and I went from excruciating (!!!) pain when going downstairs, that almost made me cry every time I needed to take the stairs, to just taking the stairs like a normal person. I still find it crazy that it worked, because it’s just a red light therapy and I didn’t expect anything like this at all. But I wanted to share that it can be actually effective. At least it worked for me!

I really love my red light therapy belt it has help so much with my hip pain.
