I asked for MRCP UK verification from the Royal College of the Physicians of the UK, but I was requested to submit my MBBS repeatedly. Eventually, my MBBS was verified with extra charges which was not required. Thus, the job was not done correctly.

Very incompetent for being an international degree verification website! not even knowing the subjects or years for a degree verification and first holding the process and demanding a newly invented third year for MBBS by themselves; second for charging twice for same degree verification and complicating the matter for simple cancellation refund process by repeatedly sending mail for 'insufficient data provide documents' for a year which they have invented by themselves.

***Email sent twice with payment receipt: DFP1-2605-3038282 delete this duplicate case created for same degree verification and refund the amount back . Payment receipt has been attached in previous mail requesting for the cancellation and refund.

The 'third' year that you are referring to as per your context is our FINAL EXAM DIVIDED INTO PART 1& 2 OF MBBS. Kindly refer to the year stated in the exam marksheets for your reference. Each year of MBBS comprised of 1.5year for your knowledge.
All year marksheets have been attached along with MBBS degree certificate
And is from MAHE University MANIPAL ACADEMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
If unaware of this details, please clarify can check with univ instead of delaying further.We are very unhappy with this unnecessary delay and lack of knowledge in this matter

really ridiculous way of lack of knowledge exhibiting for international platform and very customer unfriendly for delaying a time constraint process and simple refund!! all professionals to think twice before using this platform- they really dont know how to even read a professional degree. there are probable a handful of employees but they showcase themselves as so many teams but of no use as ultimately nothing productive- nor the verification nor the refund. its been close to a month since we paid submitted all necessary documents for verification and yet not received refund of double payment they have taken!!!

I have applied since my current recruiter is unable to get the reply from my previous HR. So I approached TrueProfile. After 40 Days I received update from trueprofile team that we are unable to do physical verification due to security is not allowed.
This is totally mismanagement and failure of true profile. How can they visit company without any prior appointment, its totally unprofessional.
Now Trueprofile team is asking "ME" to send mail to HR to get the people from Trueprofile to be allowed, Seriously is that my job?? I don't now who is current HR and moreover that my ex-company is merged with NTT Data, so I don't i know NTT Data HR and where is the current office. Totally confused me and still its in progress from 2 months. No result. Totally frustrated with unprofessional behaviour. I can provide my case numbers and all to check.

However, Full-Time is the universally recognized and standard mode of study for PhD programs worldwide. Before initiating the verification process and paying the USD 120 fee, I contacted customer support and clearly explained that my report must reflect the Full-Time mode of study. I was informed that this requirement would be customized appropriately in the report, as stated in the email dated February 22, 2026. Unfortunately, the final report now states “Active Enrollment” as the mode of study. This terminology is unclear and does not explicitly indicate whether the program was Full-Time, which creates confusion for authorities reviewing my academic credentials. Your customer support team has informed me that “Active Enrollment” translates to Full-Time study. However, this explanation is not reflected anywhere in the official report. Without a formal clarification or justification from DataFlow, the reviewing authority may misinterpret it. Since the terminology used in the report is not self-explanatory, I kindly request that DataFlow provide an official clarification letter stating that the DataFlow verification system supports only three modes of study: Active Enrollment, Part-Time, and Distant Education.
The term “Active Enrollment” in the DataFlow system corresponds to the Full-Time mode of study, meaning the candidate was actively enrolled in the program and not studying through part-time or distance mode. Please understand that this matter directly affects my professional credentials, career, and employment status. Therefore, I request your cooperation in providing a clear and logical explanation through an official clarification letter.
Without such clarification, the purpose of obtaining this verification report is unfortunately not fulfilled.
