I’m very happy with the help I received from Malea, her team, and the tax advocate who worked on my case. Malea was always helpful and responsive by phone and email, and they were patient throughout the entire process. I had five years of tax returns to sort out, and I’m now expecting to get them back! I really appreciate all the work they put in and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a complicated tax situation.

I contacted taxlaw advocates to assist me with my tax problem state and federal and i was assigned Yvonne Nuno, Yvonne called me for more information and then ran with it she has kept me up to date on everything on what she was doing or if they needed anything else from me, she solved my federal and is currently working on my State. Malea is the best! The law advocates took on my case and hit the door running!! They were able to reduce a state levy that showed up as well as continuing to work on my tax forgiveness. The rate service is manageable and there is always a person to person contact. I recommend them highly.

DO NOT TRUST THIESE PEOPLE. THEY PROMISE THE SUN AND GIVE YOU NOTHING. Hired these people to take care of some tax issues I had I worked with a guy name Bryant Perez. My previous employer had filed my taxes wrong and the IRS said I owed them money so I contacted these people they said they could take care of it and reassured me that the money owed would be canceled. 1 yr later after my continuous enquiry on my case they finally said that they have solved the issue turns out its not a solution and they just put a 10 year hold on all my tax returns. Basically i wont get tax returns for 10 years till my case hits its statute of limitations. I paid them over $6000.00 ( they wont charge you a lump sum and will charge you monthly for me it was around $600 monthly) only to find out that i am back at ground zero still owe the IRS the exact same amount so basically my $6000.00 gone down the drain. THEY ARE LIARS AND TRICK YOU INTO GETTING INTO GETTING A PAYMENT PLAN.

Malea was my representative and was super sweet and very thorough. I got scammed from a previous company and she made me feel safe. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service.

I have been using Tax Law Advocate for four years now to file my income taxes while living overseas. Zaid guaranteed me a complete removal of my back taxes, he sold me on that. I paid TLA $5000 over 6 months and the final resolution was a payment plan to the irs which i could have done for free myself. Zaid misrepresented his results and lied to me to get me to use his services.

Retained services last year d/t delinquent tax filing from 2018. Retained services from Angel and Zaid.
Promised a reduced amount owed for back taxes.
IRS took entire refund for 2025 taxes. April this year, Informed by TLS that they had misinformed me about lowering my delinquent amount.
I filed with the BBB - TLS answered that this was for anticipated years 2024, 2025 - of which have already been filed and cleared. Offering a partial refund d/t their process of legal counsel.
Absolute disregard for customer service. Terrible customer service and blatant lies about legal fees and representation.
Do No Trust- use your better judgement.
Still have yet to receive any monies for refund. They have offered rebuttal to the BBB , noting that I am at fault.

Truly, a great experience! Nate was so helpful and so reassuring! I was so overwhelmed and so embarrassed by our mishaps of not filing and Nate made me feel that I was going to be OK! We’re just in the beginning of this process, but I feel so much more capable of being able to get through it!
