Good communication from the start. Placed an order and 1 item was not currently in stock which I was made aware of. After a quick phone call the other items were sent out immediately so I could get going with my project. I was alerted once the other part was in stock and it was dispatched quickly. I had an issue with a part which had failed and happened to see Tegiwa on a trade stand. I had a chat with them and on Monday before I had even had chance I already had an email from them to organise a replacement once I had sent pictures of the failed item. A new item has been dispatched today and they don't require me to send the old one back in this case.

I recently purchased a set of wheels for a project I am working on. Everything seemed fine until I discovered that one of the four wheels was the wrong fitment.

After contacting customer service, they admitted that the incorrect wheel had been sent due to a picking error on their side. However, instead of resolving the issue properly, they asked me to return the incorrect wheel at my own expense before they would send the correct one.

I explained that I am currently in Bulgaria and that I had already paid for shipping from the UK as well as import taxes. Despite acknowledging that the mistake was entirely theirs, they still refused to cover the return shipping costs. I was even told that the shipping was “too expensive” for them to pay.

As a customer, I don’t believe I should have to pay anything to correct a mistake made by the seller. I’ve already paid for the original shipping and import charges, and now I’m being asked to spend even more because of their error.

Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of responsibility for their own mistake. I expected much better from a company with their reputation.

Quick answers and a great attitude. Faster then any other company for parts and I'm in Canada figure that one....

Bought a lockout adapter from their site stating in stock, 2-3 days delivery.

Been 2 weeks now, still no dispatch, no response to my second email neither. First email stated that they didn't have stock currently in and we're awaiting from the supplier.

Not a great first experience.

Easy to fit and has completely transformed both the feel and clutch operation now. It is the best it had ever been in the time I've owed the car. Having completely replaced the fluid earlier this year. Gear changes have always been "notchy." But are as smooth as silk after the fitting of the HEL braided hose. Great quality products and great delivery service

Recently had to replace a pothole damaged wheel on my fk8 civic type r. The price from the honda main dealer was ridiculous and Tegiiwa could supply one a lot less direct from japan.The wheel arrived as promised and well packaged will definately use this company again.

Got massively messed around by another company and almost lost hope in online shopping. Thanks to Johnny and his company i got sorted what i needed with utmost efficiency. Highly recommended

I ordered a Maxton spoiler tip at a great price, it arrived quickly, unfortunately I’d ordered the wrong one, a quick phone call to Elliot at Tegiwa, and a return was created and correct one ordered and sent, received and fitted in time for my club car meet. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Managed to get a radiator and breather filter and a really good price with Teqiwa offer and delivery service was great as well only took a couple of days

Have been ordering from Tegiwa now for a number of years, Johnny in particular has always helped me out, advised on a better product. I love the fact you can pay monthly through Klarna as I have a family and being able to spend a lot in one go, just doesn't work for me, so I budget know what I can pay monthly and place a nice order as I'm gathering all my parts for a full rebuild on my CRX, can't speak highly enough of the boys

This company sent out defective goods, then spent the next 5 months avoiding refund and they have literally just outright refused any responsibility. They said it was outside of the return period, but it wasn’t and proof was sent. I’ve waited to leave this feedback as I wanted to give them the chance to resolve. Their final answer, try sell it on eBay 😂 what a joke and insult!. Ultimately they have left my 19 year old daughter £450 out of pocket. Fobbed off at every opportunity, don’t care about their customers and just an overall terrible experience.

Second order in a row I've placed with express delivery which hasn't been shipped on the day of ordering. Both orders were placed well before the time cut off for same day shipping.

It's especially annoying as for the second one, having had the problem with the previous order, I spoke to a member of staff who explicitly assured me it would go that day. In fact they said they were going to the warehouse personally to get it to the packing desk.

I've used Tegiwa as they have decent stock and are cheaper than my local Honda dealer, but they are too unreliable and I'll just pay extra for the local dealer in future
