As always great customer service.
This time i popped in on my way home drom work as my eyes had been very irratable throughout the week. So I stopped off on the way home on the off chance if maybe they could fit me in. They were happy to accommodate me and I was able to get my eyes check out by George there and then who then sent me through to have further test with the lovely lady (can't remember her name.) She explained why my eyes were irritable. I then continued to have a look at some glasses and again very helpful with helping me choose a frame by George and his colleague and I was able to decide on a pair I liked.

Broken specs but they were still under warranty. New specs within a week. Great service.

I was seen before my appointment time & each stage was extremely professional it was really busy but they employ enough staff to cope. Fantastic job Spec Savers, keep up the good work.

Fitting was frustrating, and a shambles. I was greeted and told I had no appointment - rubbish, the date was set following the consultation a week previously, "driving" glasses had not been delivered and these are very necessary for me. If no appointment, how come half my prescription was available? Specsavers really messed this one up and shattered the. previous good perception my wife and I had formed over the years. The good folk of Minehead deserve better, there are options for the (largely) mature residents to patronise . Specsavers, you have disappointed us! Mike Rutty.

Very good customer services

Forfar branch is always very welcoming on arrival and every member of staff carry out their tasks with the utmost professionalism. My test by Blair was comprehensive and his explanation of it was excellent and in a manner easy to understand. Overall a great experience

I’m a customer of your Burwood store and I have to say that every time I go mainly to get my glasses adjusted because I’m always knocking them,from the moment I walk in until the moment I walk out the staff are always very nice and helpful and very professional. I was there yesterday your staff member called Eric went above and beyond to get my glasses right.
Also I would like to say thank you to Scott Jack and Rodello for their great customer service to.
It’s always a pleasure to go to your store.

Professional staff and Services

I went to Specsavers in the Gyle, Edinburgh after I damaged my glasses. I thought I'd lost a screw. When they inspected them, they said that the screw was buckled and they couldn't remove it. I was absolutely astounded when they offered to completely replace the frames and transfer the lenses over. 10 minutes later and I had a new pair of glasses. The frames are Jeff Banks and weren't cheap. I've not received such a wonderful customer service in years.

Easy to book online, open early on Sundays, helpful staff clean bright premises, Yasmeen assisted me as she has done for many years, always friendly and helpful, showing me frames I might like and helping me to choose a suitable pair. Optician was friendly and reassuring.
When I collected my glasses Muhammed assisted me he was friendly and helpful, overall my experience at the Brixton store was excellent.

Quick efficient service. Staff explained the sequence of events which was helpful.

Dear Manager,
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the cancellation of my appointment at your branch without any prior notice.
I had arranged my work schedule around this appointment and, as a result, I lost the opportunity to work overtime. I made the necessary arrangements to attend the appointment at the agreed time, only to find that it had been cancelled because the branch employees wanted to leave work early due to the Bank Holiday.
I find this extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or the branch is planning to close earlier than usual, customers should be informed in advance. Cancelling an appointment at short notice, particularly for the convenience of staff, has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and financial loss.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and explain why my appointment was cancelled without giving me prior notice. I would also like to know what steps will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.
I have always expected a professional standard of customer service from Specsavers, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously.

Long wait time from booking then eye test then getting your glasses sized up to order over 1 hour 20 mins s far to long to wait l had to come back the next day which is not great the process should be seamless.

I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism; my new glasses meet my expectations.
