Have made some special connections through Stitch.

The various groups have been friendly and welcoming.Many choices of events and things to do.

Very clicky with groups and some hosts seem to be on a power trip. A lot of the activities fill up before they are posted.

It great meeting new people and finding out whats going on in your city. Such a great commuity to belong to.

Co offers companionship and believe me, it’s nice to be with other people. There is a wide variety of activities too!

I decided to pay for a longer plan on Stitch. Shortly after the payment the account was restricted with little explanation. Before that happened most conversations stayed online and several women asked for cash. Support gave almost no help with a refund.

Switching to MariaDating.net brought women who showed up for real dates.

I would not recommend Stitch.

I have a good group of friends and can choose to spend time doing any number things, from movies to Hot Air ballooning.

New fun social life

Stitch provided an avenue for me to meet others of a similar age and/or life situation in non-pressured situations - be they online discussions, zoom meetings or in-person events. The focus on building community and making connections with others is the cornerstone of this organization. For me, it is this founding principle that affords all members the opportunity to do just that in a safe, supportive and non-threatening environment. You just have to be willing to have a go!

I am tried of getting messages of people all over thw word. They are filling my emails. I am not interest wasting my time deleting them. I live in Australia NSW. Can this be stopped. Thank you

The selection of activities is diverse.
I am a member of 4 groups which is enough. One issue for me and others with hearing issues is that 40 people at a club for dinner and music is too many. Very hard to make new contacts in large groups with lots of background noise. Some organisers should be more mindful of numbers and likely noise at events.

Great people, the events from Organisers vary their events to suit everyone's tastes and interests.
Stitch gives a life my demographic.

An easy site to navigate and a broad church of people and events to choose from. It's a no pressure environment that adds depth and colour to my activities and retirement.

I have met nice people on stitch , i do cycling, walking , sometimes dinner . People get together to do a activitiy or watch movies or go to club etc, but normaly they dont connect or continue friendship

Good experiences, welcoming people, comfortable and safe for me.

Head office is very helpful but the number of UK members is low, so getting together with local people is difficult. I’m a welcomer and pioneer. New members are invited to join a group that I set up so we have a lot of local people in our team, but have very few meetings. I think people like to join something that’s easy, but don’t like to make an effort to meet new people. Overall I’m very disappointed.

Going to a new event where people already have established groups often leaves me gazing around the room wondering why i came.
Lots of note comparing about ailments, medication and grand children - i dont have grand children, suffer with good health and consequently no medications.
A general reluctance to embrace new things - fear of technology is common with a reluctance to embrace it.
Discussing anything other than the superficial is frowned upon.
I’m 81 years old and I am curious for life in all its eccentricities.

Stitch is AWESOME!!! I have met some amazing people and love the idea of having friends I can do things with whenever I choose! Great group of people - I highly recommend it! It has been a life-changer for me and I became a local Pioneer because it made that much of an improvement to my life!

I have been with stitch since may and have had a great time meeting new people and joining lots of the activities

There are very few people who know and use the invitation for the public to attend. 99% only invite "full members ". How are new people going to be able to attend and make a decision to join as a full member? There are also many people who lead very busy lives and can't attend on certain days. Some people's health issues make it impossible to attend the more vigorous activities.
