It all went smoothly

Approximately five weeks ago someone scraped my car and then left. Kindertons have covered all bases with me and have provided everything I could need. Thank You so much for your kindness and attention to detail.

The guy was very helpful and waited over 2 hours as i was not at home.
He was a lovely gentleman

An accident happened! I went to my local bodyshop for a repair quote and was advised to call this company.
I had a replacement car within a couple days and they took control of the situation. I only went in past the bodyshop every week to check on progress and 6 weeks later I have my car back fully repaired.
If anyone was thinking about using a company to get your car fixed through an accident that is not your fault then contact these people.

I think the only improvement would for insurance companies and brokers to stop using this absolute disaster of a company. The litany of poor or non-existent communication, failure to keep adequate records, poorly informed staff, misleading and false advice and information and delays, is too lengthy to explain in full detail. Every step of the way they blundered and bumbled. They were clearly more concerned about ensuring that I was not engaging with the other party's insurance company than providing any kind of customer care or service. Their reasoning was sold as they did not want me to be duped - something they would know, because every accusation is probably a confession. Their real reason was they did not want to lose any commission. Yet, after five weeks they told me that they would have to pass me on to another company and abruptly ended the role in my claim. I never heard from this other company and they didn't even bother to tell the insurance broker what they had done.
As a consequence of their treatment I have had to abandon or severely amend a number of planned trips at home and abroad, which they were told about from the very beginning and repeatedly told about because of their inadequate recording systems. I have spent many hours on the phone, including long periods on hold. I have been left distressed and broken hearted and, at times, close to tears.
If they read this and can be bothered to reply I do not want insincere apologies and nonsense about valuing their customers. I want a practical solution.

This service is fantastic, they literally take all the hassle out of your hands, and with constant updates they arrange everything so you can sit back, really good service 10/10 used once before around 22 years ago and was just as good then very polite and pleasant staff.

I spoke to lovely man called Peter Ralph’s and a lovely lady called Laura-Jayne from the transport team.They are stellar people and very helpful in every way. A pleasure to speak too Thank you to them to make my first experience with kindertons a great one.

Kindertons who are currently dealing with my claim have been extremely helpful in answering all my questions and dealing with my claim. They are keeping me updated on what is jappening and putting my mind at rest in a very stressful situation.

Scam, avoid this company. They are intrested to rent you overpriced cars , they are not in your intrest. You will lose money even is a non fault claim

Absolutely fantastic service throughout, excellent communication, text you with quick updates and call you for important things, you never feel harassed or stressed through the process. Hire car was delivered less than 18hours after my accident, friendly service and car was amazing quality just what I needed, kindertons dealt with the whole process all the way through to the solution and I got to keep the hire car all through and a week after my payout which helped greatly. Amazing service thanks again! Would highly recommend and would use again albeit I hope I don’t ever have to.
