This is not the first time I have shopped with Just Geek and it won't be the last. I have purchased a number of things from their amazing sales and have to say that I have been over the moon with all my purchases.
Their delivery while not speedy it arrives within a reasonable amount of time and all my geeky goodies arrive intact due to the packaging.

Total scammers who when they realise that they’ve made a huge mistake send out a completely different item.bought a Loungefly bag that they were selling on Amazon cheap..ended up with a stupid magnet, obviously had realised the mistake and tried to cover it up by sending wrong item..( obviously didn’t realise that Amazon keep all details on your account so checked to make sure I hadn’t ordered the wrong thing..I hadn’t)..they have been reported to trading standards..

For a company called just geek it’s funny their actions and customer service demonstrate nothing that would impress a geek! Very slow to despatch items and as stated in other reviews their packaging for collectibles is an utter disgrace! 6 items were ordered that are all rare and they were bundled into an oversized Jiffy bag where they arrived dented. Fuming! Suffice to say it’s the most inept company I’ve chosen to purchase from and would strongly advise that anyone wanting to buy rare, collectible or condition reliant items to add to your collection that this is NOT the company to use! I will be unsubscribing from their 3 emails a day, and won’t be using again!

Fobbed off with excuses as to when order is being dispatched which never happens

Placed a preorder back in October! Still haven’t received the item and have emailed them 3 times and never received any response. Will not buy from this company again.

Pre ordered product came as soon as released.

Ordered something from JustGeek about a week or two ago and it finally got shipped to my house yesterday. Unfortunately, not of the fault of JustGeek, it was sent to the wrong house. When I had gotten into contact with support, the replies were instant and they were quick to send out a replacement despite it not being a fault of their own.

A review for the actual product: Got two enamel pins and both of them were high quality! Sharp colours, good quality material, etc. Very happy with the products and customer service provided :)

Preordered to ghost funkos in April with an ETA of July. Relieved little to know contact from them you can now purchase the ghost funkos elsewhere i have messaged the help email address numerous times but have only had to replies on one day. They asked me to provide evidence they was avalible else where which I did and guess what... no reply.. I dont want to leave a bad review I just want regular contact about my Preorder.

Fantastic quality, super unique and fast delivery.

Package came in a reasonable time however the box the statue came in had no bubble wrap or protection whatsoever so very lucky that it showed no signs of damage.

I had a great experience at pocket Greek Wimbeldon, Manu was amazing with his customer support. He did quick repair for me as I was in rush and everything was great. I am happy with the service and I will definitely come back. Well don't plan on breaking my phone any time soon but if unfortunate happens, I will be there. :-)

The package arrived on time, and in a very good condition. The items itself was packed with utmost care and wasn’t damaged in any way!

I Ordered this about 2 months ago and still haven't received it. No tracking, no shipping info.

Ordered from just geek great selection on Their website site very easy to find your items and easy checkouts, item arrived in a timely manner and well packaged would recommend taking a look as the service is brilliant.

When I order from JustGeek I know that I will have zero problems with the order, it will be shipped quickly and delivered quickly. I don't think I've ever even needed to call customer service.

The light I received isn't seated correctly so there are cracks all around the edges revealing light. It's very poor quality but returning from the United States would be a hassle so I just accepted my loss. Won't be purchasing from this brand again.

Bought myself the blue Science Star Trek Xmas jumper in the sale. Took a bit of a gamble on the sizing (the ever-present joys of 'unisex' sizing) but thankfully as it turned out to be only slightly too big, I decided to keep it. Design is fantastic, material is polyester so a little bit plasticky, but is soft and not itchy. Although well-constructed, I suspect it will not survive multiple frequent washes, but with careful sporadic Xmas use, it will be absolutely fine for a few nerdtastic years. Dropped one star for the slightly confusing return policy on sale Xmas jumpers - it wasn't too clear on whether you could return it or not. Delivery was quick and communication was informative (and humorous - which I appreciated).
