Called many times, sent instructions. Can't get through on phone and designated lawyer never available when you eventually do. Called again last night told them I had a deadline, nothing, no email no call.

This is my second time using Bishopsgate law for buying and selling a house and they were great both times. I used Bishopsgate Law because they came highly recommended by a friend of mine who used them for her property purchase.
Francisca was my solicitor and Julius was my conveyancer. They were really great at keeping on top of things, as a first time buyer they're checklist on outstanding/satisfactory enquires was really helpful to me.

What was really outstanding though is we managed to get my purchase over the line to adhere to a really REALLY tight mortgage deadline with a rate that was locked in before the strait of Hormuz War.

It was sometime difficult to get hold of my designated conveyancer on email, even with the backup in place. But a quick call to them direct usually resolved that.

Good value for money too compared with other firms.

I hired Bishopsgate law when I was purchasing a dated Bromley property (ground floor maisonette with a share or freehold in a converted victorian house). The conveyancing price was reasonably priced and good value for money. The solicitor/paralegal assigned (Sam/Angela) were thorough and knowledgeable. The process was a bit lengthy (7 mos from offer to completion) but this is because the property I purchase was not straightforward (owner has died) and there complexities on the deed. The exchange and completion was very fast (all done in a week). Overall, I am happy with their service.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. Tracy and Ema were our allocated solicitors and they have been the most efficient and understanding people I’ve ever worked with. Nothing was too much, everything was done SO quickly! There was a LOT of chasing and back and fourth with our property and they were absolutely excellent. I genuinely could not recommend them enough. The communication and updates were just amazing, we would get replies almost instantly. It has made our whole experience (as first time buyers) just so easy. I’d 100% come back to them in the future.
