Schade, dass man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann. Ware wurde nicht geliefert. Die Sendungsverfolgung sagt jedoch, dass sie geliefert wurde und der Support reagiert leider auch nicht auf Emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I didn’t receive my order, if I could give this company a negative score I would. They promise to look into why I didn’t receive my order, they said it was delivered but obviously they are lying as I have cameras on my front porch and door which notify when anyone approaches or parcels are left, I told them this and now they are not responding to my emails requesting when they will send and asked them to provide a tracking number!! This company is a scam!

Never received order and lied about sending me another after I asked for an explanation. When I told them I wanted a refund they just stopped answering

Come al solito, l'ennesimo sito dove butti i soldi, ho aspettato un mese quasi la merce, la tracciabilità sembra funzionare, se invii mail ogni tanto rispondono, anche se non capiscono niente...
Poi un bel giorno guardando la tracciabilità c'è scritto che il pacco è stato consegnato...
NON ho ricevuto assolutamente nulla, e nemmeno un avviso da un corriere....
Ho contattato Opazity, mà le email vengono respinte, a tutti i suoi indirizzi.
Quindi ennesima fregatura da questi siti fasulli che vengono proposti da Pinterest...!!!!!

Nothing has show up. I ordered 5 items weeks ago - the site says it's in transit - even says it's in my city but it has never shown up! Plus my credit card got hacked after using this site. I'm pretty sure this is a scam... and I will never see what I ordered. Do NOT use this site.. you'll regret it.

Ordinato e pagato un vestito, mai arrivato, dopo più di 1 mese hanno detto che era stato consegnato, cosa assolutamente non vera!
Inizialmente hanno risposto al mio reclamo poi sono spariti, una vera fregatura!!

Never recieved my items either and I also want to blame Pinterest for letting opatizy even advertise their items on there site Pinterest should also be partly responsible I spent and lost over $100 very angry going to report to Fraud something needs to be done about this scam 06/12/2026
PS don't order items on Pinterest most of the time there just like this not trust worthy or real scams

I'm giving it one star because I have to—it doesn't deserve any! It took a month for my order to show up as delivered, yet nothing was actually delivered! I have security cameras, and nothing was dropped off at the reported date and time! This site is definitely a scam. And customer support never replies.

Product was never delivered. Waited nearly a month for arrival, paid for express delivery and insurance when purchasing. Tried several times to email and never received a response.

The dress I have ordered never arrived.The tracking is fake. Customer service is fake.

Not even worth the 1 star. Just like everyone before me, the order had all this tracking information but today it said delivered and it’s not here. There are security cameras that record everything and it’s quite clear no delivery was ever made. My emails go unanswered. Obviously it’s a scam and they expect people to just forget. I am in the process of having the credit charges contested and reversed. Be sure to document everything and really just don’t order from this company.!

Do not order from them or any of the subsidiaries. They will NEVER deliver and then tell you they did. You wont get a package and if you took out the insurance, they will tell you they cannot help because the carrier shows it as delivered.

Item never arrived!
Ordered in May, tracking said it arrived in June, but it didn't! I contacted customer services 4 times over 10 days in early July but never heard back.
Luckily I payed via PayPal & I have just contacted them about my issue and received an immediate refund, thank you PayPal!
I will never use Opazity again.
Please DO NOT use this company!

Opazity doesn't even deserve the one star I gave them. I had to give one in order to leave a review. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They marked my package as delivered, but it was never delivered. When I tried to get help from customer service, this was their response "Your Worry-Free service for this order covers packages that never arrive during shipping, items damaged during shipping, and serious delivery delays. It does not include a package that shows delivered and then isn’t found afterward" In other words - You were just SCAMED!! Worry-Free...really??? They suck!
