I would love to give them 5 stars because I do love their products for the most part, but their customer service is awful.

Accidentally ordered an incorrect item and emailed them right away about the issue to see if they were able to cancel it. Received a email the next day stating that they could not cancel the order and that I would have to start a return when its delivered.

If they actually answered their messages in a timely manner and not 24 hours later I would not be stuck with a pad that I can not use.

I used to like PS of Sweden, but nowadays their clothes shrink regardless of whether you follow the washing instructions; they just shift the blame, claiming you washed them too harshly! They completely dodge responsibility—especially with items containing merino wool—and the sizes run small, which they don't disclose. Someone who normally wears M–XL shouldn't have to go up to an even larger size. I’m done shopping there; if I could give them a minus-5 rating, I would.

Normally I love PS of Sweden’s products, however this time it’s just been unacceptable.
I ordered leggings at the start of July, for them to never arrive. I immediately contacted customer service, and to this day there has been no resolution. I haven’t received a refund or a replacement package.

Har beställt från PS ett flertal gånger och varit lika nöjd varje gång. Igår kl 13 beställde jag ett par ridbyxor som var levererade idag kl 11.30. 10/10👍

1 ster is al teveel, de klantenservice is zooo slecht! Ik heb oa peeskappen, springschoenen gekocht waarvan de afwerking zo lelijk is lijkt wel door een klein kind geknipt, dus ik mail ze en zeggen gewoon wij vinden dat niet, terwijl het echt overduidelijk er niet uit ziet! Voor zulke dure spullen verwacht je toch in ieder geval een nette afwerking van de producten. Dus ik mag ze terug sturen maar dan wel volledig op eigen kosten, schandalig!!! Nooit meer dit merk voor mij!

The Quality is excellent, but the shipment is expensive. The product is very nice.

Musste dann Paypal am letzten Tag wo der Käuferschutz galt einschalten. Und habe dann durch Paypal jetzt am 16. März mein Geld wieder bekommen.

The noseband has some pulled threads/stitching and I sent email asking how to exchange/return and haven't gotten a response.

I ordered a bridle where the parts did not stay in place. Making a complaint has been really slow and customer service has taken several days to respond to one message, which they themselves do not contact if you ask. The quality of the bridle was poor and the forehead band did not stay in place.

The socks are wonderful but the wording of the “ 3 for 2” offer was terrible. They did the old bait and switch. I thought I was fulfilling their requirements for this promotion and then got a single pair of socks, no invoice. (??) I contacted them and customer service quickly replied. “Oh no, you had to buy 3 pairs of socks at $39 each and the price of the 3rd would be removed at checkout.” No, I couldn’t use the $39 pair I just bought as part of the offer, I had to buy 3 more (!?) I did and now have more socks than I wanted and am out the over-price of the first pair. Nice socks but not worth $39/pair. The 3 for 2 is a good offer. How about you explain it better?

I would give zero stars if I could regarding customer service. They are useless and usually take 6-10 days to get back to you with useless info. I love psos saddle pads and so does my horse but I truly hate giving psos one red cent of my cash.
