Very nice timepiece, it has good quality and represent a great moment in the history, the materials are good and looks very original.

To further expand on my review, the Watch that I purchased is the Higgins Blue Omaha Beach Sand watch with the NATO strap which is a very impressive looking watch, but the one thing I was most impressed with was the history of this watch and I realized that while the strap was extremely comfortable and aesthetically pleasing it was impossible to share the history on the back of the watch with friends so I decided to also purchase the Bonklip Bracelet as this was an option that allowed me to show the back of the watch to curious people who were interested in it. I am now wanting to add a couple more watches with the WW2 authentic Willys Jeep dials to my collection as soon as they are available. Please keep up the Veterans Pride and Remembrance.

The watch is amazing! Built awesome ! Had an issue with the watch band but the customer service rep squared me away .

I love the watch. I do have a smaller wrist so the band goes very far around. It’s also a bit hard to wind on the plus side it’s beautiful and a great conversation piece.

good value, great looking timepiece, fast shipping and efficient website. so far liking the watch - wears well and balances nicely, keeping good time. should note that i swapped out the stock band for a nato-type. stock band not sufficiently adjustable to my wrist.

I ordered 2 watches from Praesidus, an A-11 Type 44 and a DD-45 Patina. I realized a number of hours after I placed the order that I had selected the incorrect color for the A-11. Rachel from customer service replied right away and coordinated an order update with fulfillment. Was awesome to work with a real person who solved an issue I created so seamlessly. Maybe this seems like a small thing but I just don’t find great customer service too much anymore.

I received the watches pretty quickly and love them both. Very different looks and each one just beautiful. Feel outstanding on my wrist and the dials are better than pictures really show. I have larger wrists and appreciate the generously-sized straps. Leather is a little thick but is soft and immediately pretty comfortable for me.

I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to enjoying these watches for years to come

I am not quite sure if I am upset/disgusted at the fact that my $560 watch came with a defective crown or the fact that I am dealing with an organization which is selling defective watches on the backs of soldiers who gave their blood, sweat and tears in defense of this nation.

I can not speak on behalf of others who have suffered the same fate that I am now going through, but, in reading the many negative reviews and complaints, I, too, am wondering, why this company keeps making the same customer blunders over and over again! One has to wonder if this staff’s treatment of their customers is done because of their lack of training, lack common sense, or done intentionally.

In my particular case, I informed the company that the watch I purchased had a defective crown and they suggested I send it back. After I did, It would suffice for me to tell you that the amount of e-mails and submitted documentation /information they requested, but never acknowledged receiving was substantive. All the while, I couldn’t help but wonder if the support staff I was dealing with was either inept/ clueless or merely just playing games with me. At best, there was (and still exist) an apparent lack of communication/coordination within the staff which was causing me to duplicate my efforts in providing them with the information they (supposedly) needed.

As a matter of fact, I am still waiting to hear from them to see if they officially received my defective watch I returned to them. To put it in perspective, the so called support team is doing very little to keep me informed/or up to date as to what is going on. It appears that this feat is , to them, is totally not necessary. The only reason I could ascertain that they are keeping me on the dark is nothing more than a form of retribution/punishment.

In my honest opinion, the so call Praesidus Support team is non existent. And, as recorded in the many customer complaints that I looked at, this seems to be a prevailing issue/problem.

The lackadaisical/nonchalant attitude/lack of customer service I have experienced so far, leaves me wondering how this company has managed to stay afloat all these years. I give them a NO_GO as a company who’s mantra appears to be associated with the military/Veteran’s cause. As a veteran myself, I feel this company is belittling/ disparaging/tarnishing the memory or sacrifice these veterans undertook for our nation….all for the sake of a buck. These American Heroes being used by Praesidus in their advertising must be turning in their graves.

I highly recommend to those who are looking to spend their hard-earned money on a field watch, to carefully reconsider giving their business to someone else. Furthermore, I would go as far as suggesting to these Veteran’s Organizations not to allow our veterans to be used as pawns/floor mat for a cause that undermines fair/decent marketing practices!

This is a great time piece. It is exactly what I was looking for in a field watch.

I received my watch earlier than expected and am very happy with my purchase. However, my watch does not illuminate enough even after exposure to sunlight. I spoke to customer service and they said they’d let the technical team know and haven’t heard from them since about a week ago. Not fully satisfied, and will think twice about a third purchase.

I love the watch for what it is…I own a late model Jeep Willys. The watch is of very high quality and easy to set up. The band is the right size and comfortable. I made a mistake when looking at the Willys watches assuming they were all 42mm and was surprised when my red dial arrived and it was 38mm which is a bit small for my wrist. I’m 6”3” 250lbs. The larger watch was sold out when I ordered this one but today I see qty 1 back in stock so I ordered the 42mm in green.

I received my A-11 LMUV on past July 20th and started wearing it right away. The box it comes in is already a small masterpiece, perfectly in line with the historic military character of the watch—truly impressive! The watch itself, with dial no. 31, which I was able to choose among the oddballs, is absolutely stunning and pairs beautifully with both the case and the strap, each crafted with remarkable quality. The mechanics work flawlessly and the watch has caught the attention of many. Wearing a small piece of a vehicle that took part in the D-Day is truly incredible and serves as a humble tribute to all those who were involved, many of whom lost their lives. This is the third watch I have purchased from Praesidus, and I highly recommend them for the originality and outstanding craftsmanship of their products!

I was very happy with my purchase at Praesidus! The Watch looks great!

Ordering was easy and delivery was pretty fast. I love the watch face color and design, especially the circular second hand complication at the 6 o'clock position. The dial lume is much better than I expected. I also like the color contrast between the black watch case, dark olive face color and khaki colored watch strap. The use of an Ameriquartz movement is a nice little upgrade. Now for the cons: the strap is too thick and very uncomfortable to wear, so I immediately replaced it. I'm puzzled that a military style/grade watch like this does not offer a screw down crown and better waterproof rating. All in all I like this watch and have included it in my wear rotation. With a strap and crown upgrade, I would have given this watch a 5 star review.

Watch did not fit. Followed all return instructions, was contacted by the company via email . Mailed the watch back with original package and completed form. I have the receipt and tracking number and signature of the employee that signed for it. Contacted Praesidus several times. No response or refund. Worst experience ever
Do not buy from this Company!

Bought one of the odd ball watches and love it. It will be passed down to my son.
