Phrasly.AI Anmeldelser

I recently purchased Phrasly Ultra for professional paraphrasing, and I genuinely regret committing to the annual plan.

My main problem isn't AI detection. It's the quality of the writing itself.

The tool frequently changes the meaning of sentences, removes academic terminology, sometimes drops citations and even introduces basic grammar mistakes. I tried several modes and settings, including the proofreading options, but still had to spend considerable time correcting the results.

I contacted support around 10 hours after purchasing the subscription. Despite explaining the issues and receiving acknowledgement of some limitations, my refund requests were refused under their company policy.

They eventually suggested comparing AI detection scores with another humanizer to qualify for a refund, which completely misses the point of my complaint.

I'm sharing this because I wish I'd known about these limitations before paying for a full year. If accurate academic or professional paraphrasing matters to you, I'd recommend being very cautious before subscribing.

It is very accurate, highlights using colors and catches AI other sites misses.

**Very disappointing customer service and refund policy\.**

I subscribed to Phrasly but only used the AI service once before realising I no longer needed it\. Despite explaining my situation and the financial strain the payment caused me as a student, customer support refused to consider a refund\.

What disappointed me most was the lack of understanding, care and professionalism throughout the conversation\. I repeatedly explained my circumstances but kept receiving the same generic response about company policy\.

I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service should also involve understanding and considering individual circumstances\.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering a subscription to carefully read the refund policy before paying\. My experience with their customer support has been extremely disappointing\.

I love phasely for assisting me to write and correct the grammar of my style of writing while maintaining a very high academic standard at the same time.

Phrasly does a great job humanizing text

Most helpful app plus very quick work done in minutes

A bit costly for students and fresh graduate who are unemployment or doing unpaid internships rest very good

Great tool always gets me through class

They charge you for an upgrade early without telling you and refuse to refund. It was supposed to be a 3 days trial for $2 bucks and they charged over 300 bucks within hours of signing up for it and said it was upgraded. Don’t trust them

Signing up was easy, and the tutorial was easy to understand. Using it to check my essays and documents has made work and school easier and more efficient. I recommend this for those who write essays and documentation for work.

very easy to use and translations are very consistent

Intelligent, fast

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I did the 3 day trial and cancelled the same day, I kept giving it the same exact essay multiple times and got a different answer every single time not trust worthy def not for the price so I cancelled me 3 day trial and they charged my card 142$ and refuse to give my money back. I never agreed to purchase the unlimited and never gave them my credit card info or approved the charge and I have reached out to everyone and they all refuse to refund me. Be careful and don’t trust this site!
