Two months ago I would have given it a 4.5 but in the last month the site seems to be basically nonresponsive to prompts rendering music that sounds like Enya singing everything.

SUNO is abusive its customers. I paid them so much money and I cannot even download the songs that I spent so many hours to write. This is abusive! They are money sharks! They exploit, deceive and quite frankly abusive their customers. I'm very disappointed to the point where I will look for another outlet to create my music. They see you as dollars - not as creators with any rights. And this is VERY WRONG !

Ich habe ein Pro-Jahresabo im Voraus bezahlt, damals gab es diese massive Downloadbegrenzung noch nicht. Jetzt wird mitten im laufenden, bereits bezahlten Abo auf einmal ein monatliches Limit eingeführt und jeder weitere Download soll knapp 3 Dollar kosten.

Besonders ärgerlich ist für mich, dass ich Suno über Monate kaum genutzt und nur sehr wenig runtergeladen habe. Jetzt will ich es einmal etwas intensiver nutzen und werde direkt ausgebremst. Die Monate, in denen ich fast nichts gemacht habe, bringen mir dabei offenbar garnichts. Und selbst ältere Songs, die schon längst in meiner Bibliothek liegen, zählen jetzt plötzlich mit rein.

So etwas bei einem bereits bezahlten Jahresabo nachträglich zu ändern, finde ich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich daneben. Für mich war's das mit der Verlängerung.

Bought the yearly plan and they limited my downloads to only 20 TRACKS a month in september Even though I can create 500 on my plan. That's bait and switch.

Great at first and then you run head on into the problems with it, song length duration is chronic, I have had 37 second long tunes multiple times, asked for a length option and stated I was prepared to forgo 2 tune generations for 1 on length generation that has potential, get ignored, posts removed from the SUNO discord that is, despite their claims, frequented by staff from SUNO who will routinely remove your comments and issue threats. As a paying customer, reporting things, you get no feed back or follow up, as long as the lolly rolls in they ignore you. NOT IMPRESSED as I pay top tier and their self proclaimed DAW is nothing of the sort.

SUNO, DO BETTER, INTERACT MORE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STOP JERKING THEM AROUND.

Suno AI is running a deceptive operation that targets independent creators. They take your hard-earned subscription money and then let their automated system flag your completely original, self-produced music.How can a platform claim a "copyright match" on a song that has NEVER been released to the public mainstream? It makes absolutely no sense logically or legally. Suno has zero rights, zero title, and zero control over my proprietary catalog. It feels like they are running out of data to train their AI models, so they use false flags to bottleneck, monitor, and exploit the unreleased creations of independent artists who upload their work.To make matters worse, their customer support is a total ghost town. When you catch them pulling this stunt and demand a refund because the software is unusable, they deliberately ignore your emails and pocket your cash.I am a verified public artist (Mois Rammy with music on Spotify and YouTube), and I will not let a predatory tech company steal my money or shadow-claim my unreleased tracks. STAY AWAY FROM SUNO AI. They do not respect intellectual property, they steal your money, and they refuse to answer refund requests. Run away before they grab your hard-earned money and your music!

I read what the previous write Tim Tim wrote, and exactly the same thing happened.. and the AI bot is no longer writing back (it apparently only writes back when it thinks it has a solution, but nobody else bothers to contact me).

Nutze Suno seit Monaten und. in sehr zu frieden, habe das 10CHF Modell Monatlich genutzt. ich kann die negativen Rezession hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Su o macht genau das was es sol. Klar hat es ab ind an ein Song dazwischen der nicht so gewollt ist was aber daran liegt das es AI ist. Dennoch muss man den negativbewertern sagen Suno benötigt den Songtext (Fehlerfrei) dazu den Stilpromt der ebenfalls exakt sein muss da sonst falsche klänge generiert werden die man nicht wollte.

Ich habe mein Abo gekündigt aus Privaten Gründen für etwa 3. Monate umd werde danach wider ein Abo lösen.
Das Abo habe ich am 27.08.26 /05:50h gekündigt, Kündigungsbestätigung durch Suno Support etwa 5 Min. Später, E Mail war Freundlich, informell und es enthielt die Bestätigung der Kündigung.

My Experience with Suno AI Customer Support

I am writing this review to warn other users about my experience with Suno AI customer support.

In May 2026, during my paid subscription, video generation and hook tools were malfunctioning. I contacted support and requested a solution and refund.

June 2: Support told me that my May refund had already been processed and sent. No money was received.

June 9: I requested official transaction identifiers (ARN/RRN). Support then admitted that the refund request had never been sent to the financial department. This directly contradicted their June 2 statement.

June 9–10: I was told that my case had been escalated to the highest priority and would be resolved urgently. Nothing was actually resolved.

After further attempts to contact support, communication effectively stopped.

July 7: I received another template response referring to a “repeated urgent escalation.” This made no sense after I had already been told that the case had the highest priority.

Because Suno did not resolve the financial issue, I escalated the matter through Google Play. A Google Play support representative reviewed the case, and transaction Google Play reversed a transaction for $11.20 USD. for was reversed.

Later, when I raised the issue again with Suno, I was told that the events I described had never happened and was asked to provide evidence.

I provided the evidence, including correspondence, console logs, network-error screenshots, and other technical documentation. After that, instead of receiving a substantive response, communication effectively stopped again.

My original goal was simply to receive the service I paid for and have the technical problem properly investigated.

My advice: If you have serious problems with Suno, save all emails, ticket numbers, screenshots, logs, payment records, refund documents, and support promises. Do not rely only on statements that a case has been “escalated” or will be resolved “soon.”

What is the point of giving Pro users 2,500 credits per month — enough for up to 500 songs — if we are only allowed to download 20 songs per month?

Suno is essentially encouraging users to generate hundreds of songs, while severely restricting how many of those songs we can actually take out of the platform and use.

This makes the 2,500-credit allowance feel misleading. Generating music is not the only thing that matters. If I spend my credits creating songs, I should have a reasonable ability to download and use the music I created.

A 20-download monthly limit is far too restrictive for serious creators, especially for users who generate multiple versions, experiment with different arrangements, create music for content, or need to download tracks for editing and distribution.

If Suno wants to limit abuse and mass exporting, there should be a more reasonable system instead of giving paying users thousands of credits while limiting them to just 20 downloads.

I understand the need to prevent misuse, but this new policy feels like paying for the ability to generate music without having reasonable access to the music we generate.

Very disappointing change.

I recently came across an old CD of original songs I'd recorded with an MBox2 circa 2005. I had *zero* music production experience and it showed, but some of the arrangements, lyrics and hooks weren't half bad. I decided to give Suno a try to see if I could get it to churn out some decently mixed demos that remained true to the original arrangements and vocals.

Seeing as I wasn't looking to recreate wholly new songs – just enhance existing ones – I went in for the Pro subscription for access to the "Studio" and "Remaster" features. Big mistake.

The studio mode was utter shit. Ask it to "Create a drum track for this original." You'll get back a completely unsynced monstrosity. Ask it to "Stem out the vocal, percussion, and rhythm guitar". Parts of the song are stemmed nicely. Others flip which part is in which track or leave them mixed. Ask it to "Create a NEW bass track." It stacks it over your rhythm guitar. Etc. Etc. Etc.

In fact, here was my initial review of the product having only tried Studio Mode:

But there is a bit of good news...

Eventually, I managed to find my way back OUT of studio mode to the standard 'Create' interface and noticed the 'Remix' button. While I still end up spending an inordinate amount of time fiddling with sliders and more often than not end up filling its "style" area with expletive laden rants when it won't follow basic instructions, I have been able to generate 4 more or less passable demos, one of which actually still sounds like me on the vocal. Hence, the bump up to *2* stars.

That's as far as she goes, however.

If you're trying to get it's v5.5 model to generate anything remotely "rock" related, be prepared to drown in a prima donna lead guitarist gizz fest, because that's what you're going to get. I finally figured out that telling it my original was "rockabilly" would keep it from going Randy-Rhodes-on-meth all over my songs, at least for the most part.

Also be prepared for it to fail to grasp _basic_ key changes, no matter how you play with the sliders it provides in the "Advanced" pane of the Remix tab, no matter how clearly you state 'the verses alternate full measure Gm7 and C6, but the chorus is a bright, airy 1-4-5-4 in A#'. I have attempted to get it to follow that key change – a key change that *CLEARLY* exists in the original track – about 100 times at this point. I've gotten it to output something that _almost_ preserved it *ONCE* and only by ramping the 'follow the audio' slider to max which basically defeated the purpose of the entire exercise as it also preserved all of the rough edges of the original recording.

Long (very long) story short, if you're doing anything other than "write me a song", prepare to be *DEEPLY* pissed off before getting the results you're looking for. Nonetheless, I do give it props for helping me get at least a few workable demo tracks. I have to admit that I will probably continue arguing with it for a good while yet.

Concerant les fichiers musiques ils sont inexploitable, des grésilliements , des fichiers mélangés avec des bruits des coupures etc je vais me r'accheter une boite a rhytme ça sera plus serieux.

Meh.... He utilizado un año la versión pro. Bueno, no sé bien como calificarlo. Poco menos que un juguete para entretenerse, pero nada más.
Supongo que para hacer música muy comercial sin pretensiones y engañar al oído para pasar el rato tiene su gracia. Pero si quieres hacer música de verdad como que no.
El 90% de las creaciones tienen un sonido pésimo. Los graves distorsionan mucho; muchísimo. Los agudos chirrían de vez en cuando y las voces están mega-saturadas de autotune. No sabes si canta una persona o Bugs Bunny en un mal día.
Abusa de la reverb. Años de lucha de los productores para grabar limpio y con calidad y eliminar la reverb ochentera y va y Suno la vuelve a poner de moda.
Hay instrumentos que suenan medianamente bien y otros son un completo desastre.
Para más INRI, no obedece las instrucciones de los prompts y hace lo que le viene en gana el 90% de las veces. Lo cual da como resultado lo que la gente comenta por aquí, que gastes créditos como si no hubiera un mañana haciendo la misma canción 25 veces.
La promesa de los "Steams" es otra trola. Separa las pistas previo pago de créditos, of course. Luego puedes editarlas por tu cuenta, pero la canción pierde aún más calidad si empiezas bajando graves y eliminando partes que suenan mal.
Mi consejo: Invierte ese dinero en comprarte un teclado y hazlo tú mismo.

I provided feedback on discord about suno flagging my own voice as copyright in voices and got banned from discord when people said they suffer the same, tried to contact support over mail about just been banned and no reply for weeks, suno used to be great, i guess not anymore.
i guess u cant write in discord if u have issues with false positives in their new copyright system cause they will just ban u and never answer ur mails.

I wont renew my subscription.

I find myself not really using it. I tried some songs and the prompt must be extremely stupid on purpose to make you waste credit just fixing something simple in one song. I don't use it enough to pay for it and i'm surprised so many actually pay for it, seem to me more like a meme maker. They make it sound like this will replace your spotify and you can just generate what you feel like in the moment. Like all ai services it's a million emails trying to get you back once you sign up. Wake me when it actually does what the hype says.

Quitting Suno today. Hiding the daily credit balance while keeping a hard 50-credit limit is a scummy casino trick designed to force upgrade pop-ups. You stripped away transparency instead of helping creators. I’d rather take my time and future business to platforms that respect their community enough to show a basic counter. Bye.
