Used them for over 5 years now
Used them for over 5 years now. I keep an eye on the market and pricing and look out for the new kid on the block, however, better the devil you know than the devil you don't.
They are patient with my frustrations when things go belly up and they do on occasion, but it happens everywhere. So I weigh up the odds.
Only negative is the weekend contact when things crash out and expectations to use other Apps to reach them, which I will not do. Plus they don't provide a loyalty program eg after so many years an automatic Modem upgrade to keep us up with the times as they like to be.

NBN connection issues solved
Leah from the help desk did a great job assisting me to get connected to the upgraded nbn internet after I experienced difficulty connecting. I was stepped through trouble shooting the issue and provided instructions on how to reset the router and input the correct parameters. Connection is now up and running, thanks!

Multiple Account Access
The experience was good with all your support team especially with Ruel.
I could not stay on the chat because I was waiting for over 20 minutes to get another team member to continue with the chat.
I was contacted on the following day (07.09.26) via a phone call. I believe I spoke to Ruel who was apologetic about yesterday (06.09.26) delay on the chat.
The issue was resolved when talking to Ruel who advised that there was no issue with accessing multiply accounts provided I logged in with the correct login id.

Poor experience, well below claimed 500Mbps speed and after cancelling 5 days into the start of a new month I'm charged for the full month.
