My order was exactly what they said it would be and came 2 days early. My husband loves the new chair and I love the light weight of it! Saves my back loading it in the car!

Im waiting for a return receipt. I thought my problem was the battery. But it wasnt. It was my motor. I need to return the battery. I requested the RA on 8/28/26 by email.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. I don't ask for anything more.

You clearly don't care about the customer. I ordered a massager and after a week you haven't even shipped the product to me, I sent messages asking what was wrong and I didn't get any answer then I had to call, the person whom I talked to told me she would look into it and would get back to me. She never did that, two days after I called again and I was told that the product had already been shipped and that I would received it by friday august 21, nothing happened. On Sunday 23 I received a packaged from amazon prime, at first I got surprised because I hadn't ordered anything from amazon. I opened it and it was the massager I had ordered from you. I really don't think that is the way to deal with customers

Package didn’t come on time the carrier shows delivery date and it’s still not going to come today it’s gonna be later than that what it should be

I have not received the product that I ordered , so it is too early for me to comment .

Upon ordering I was given a specific date for delivery. When I inquired about it 4 days after it was supposed to arrive, I was told that the product had not been shipped. If I had known it was going to be delayed that much I would have ordered it earlier.

When a customer contacts support to find out where an item is and why there is a delay, simply re-sending the tracking number is not helpful. I am recovering from surgery and should not have to chase down a much needed item, purchased from your site specifically for the expected shipping date when I need the item, only to go without that needed item while trying to recover in bed.

Despite an initial misunderstanding on my part, the team actually fulfilled the order perfectly. Thank you, Home Med!

Purchased a great stand aid. Durable and adjustable.

1st representative I got disconnected second representative, don’t know jack shit.
Then I got to talk to Richard and he was so helpful so patient and we decided to buy the mattress through your company. If it wasn’t for Richard we would have not purchased this mattress from your company.

Great working with them. It is expensive. But it would be more expensive through my doctors office. It is all online and no doctor visits.

I ordered a battery for my scooter on the 28th of May and it was supposed to be delivered on the 6th it is the 15th today and I still haven't received it and that is very unfortunate as I have doctor's appointments the end of this week and the middle of next week I need my scooter because that is how I get around as I am physically handicapped

Well it was good . but after he left I noticed he put the railings backwards and he didn't give me a seat belt for the bed.

Product was a fair price and was assembled by White Glove team. replacement part was addressed as well as refund for unused delivery (200.00 or 685.00) was fair, delivery service contractor low quality.

Where is the sidekick shower chair i paid for?

I ordered a queen bed . I received a queen platform and a full mattress. When I contacted you, I was told I ordered a full mattress. I don’t understand how this was able to happen, further I feel this should have been noted when the order was processed and questioned. I was told I am out of luck and stuck with the mismatched setup unless I paid to ship the full mattress back to you, pay the difference in price for the right sized mattress and shipping on that. I spent close to $7,000 on this bed. I have no intention of spending any more money with your company.
