I ordered one Miracle Balm for $37.95. At checkout, a button added four Exfoliating Leg Scrubs for $96 and a monthly subscription that I did not want. I canceled the subscription and emailed the company asking them to remove the scrubs before shipping.

I've now sent five emails over more than two weeks without a single response, even though their contact page says they respond within 24 hours on weekdays. The scrubs shipped anyway and arrived November 3.

I'm asking for return instructions, a prepaid return label and a $96 refund for the scrubs I repeatedly asked them not to send. Can someone please respond to my emails and help resolve this?

I started using Miracle Balm on my varicose veins in June, 2026. Within a few months, the big, ropey vein down the front of my right leg was gone! I have had these bulgy veins for 40 years! And I had several procedures over the years and the bulgy veins would came back in different locations. I have also seen progress on the spider veins on my legs and feet. So far, my legs look great and I am excited to be able to wear shorts and swimming suits again!

I've been using SORVIQ Miracle Balm daily for several months on my thigh spider veins that I've had for a decade. Hallelujah they are diminishing. They are lighter in color and size. I will continue using this product faithfully.

I have been applying the balm daily for at least 4 weeks and have noticed a slight improvement of discolouration of spider veins. Am prepared to keep trying for at least another 4 weeks.
Last delivery order was a subscription but am unsure if this product will continue at that price and unsure of next delivery date.
Shall persevere a bit longer.

Sorviq is a great product. I have been using it for 3 weeks and it has eased my pain with varicose veins. I also had a question and I called customer service and spoke to a lady named Ash who was so helpful.Great service! I would recommend Sorviq Miracle Balm to anyone.

I like the Miracle balm. It is soothing and rubs in well. It also helps my legs from getting dry and itchy. After several applications it seems to be helping my varicose veins. I was concerned about the amount that is in each container since I have a lot of varicose veins and It seemed like I was using it up fast (considering the cost). After talking to a member of the Sorviq Team, thry recommended to use a little less but rub it in and massage my legs in an upward direction for about 10 minutes. I will do this. They also said to be consistent and use it every day.
