Shipping is really fast. Customer service is responsive.

I was thrilled with the original pair of lederhosen that I purchased. Loved the design, quality and overall look. However, the sizing was wildly inaccurate and the original item was way too big for my needs.

I contacted their customer service team and Eva was wonderful to work with but the return process was not very easy and the ability to simply swap/ exchange for another size required several days to resolve by email (which occured in the middle of the night). Eventually I was given a discount code to purchase another set at a significantly reduced price and was also given an additional free checkered shirt. Sadly they no longer had my original design in stock and I had to settle for another option. All-in-all this was cheaper than trying to get the original item tailored, but still resulted in having to spend more money for another pair of lederhosen plus shipping.

I am grateful for the support I received and that I was able to find a resolution before the Oktoberfest season.

I have previously submitted a review of the Lederhosen Store’s products.(extremely satisfied with Quality.) I did have a missing item from a multi item order. I was pleased to get a timely response. The missing product was delivered with appropriate and timely communication. Additionally, by content and context of our interaction, I could tell that the response was from an actual human. I got the extension that this company is truly dedicated to high quality high-quality products and human employees.

Number 1 Excellent customer service. I value that above all else. I mistakenly filled out an incomplete address. I contacted them and asked them to correct. Someone responded right away and took care of it.

Thought a product I had purchased was lost, contacted the Lederhosen Shop and they reached out to assist in tracking things down. Great communications and assistance at all levels!!

I needed an authentic Oktoberfest outfit for my wife and me and found the perfect outfits at the Lederhosen Store. I emailed to find out where my shipment was, and the customer service team was excellent. I received my package in 5 biz days. Now I just need to figure out how to put it on :-)

I am happy with my experience purchasing from the Lederhosen Store and the high quality (well-made, authentic, and crafted from real materials) of the clothing that were received within the stated time. I highly recommend this store.

The lederhosen I ordered was very high quality (I feared it would be flimsy or cheap). The leather was soft but substantial, the linings were well stitched and throughout the garment and the embroidery detail quality was exquisite. I'm tough to fit and ordered a size too tight. I worked with the customer service/return team and we got it right and I was very happy with the responsiveness and resolution. The time from order placement to delivery was prompt. I can't wait to actually wear them come Oktoberfest season!

I ordered a pair of lederhosen and used their size chart. Well I received the lederhosen and they were just a little big. Other than that they were beautiful and the leather was soft and comfy. Anyway I reached out to the company and they handled my return very nicely. I am satisfied with the quality of the item and their fast attentive service and shipping. When I need something else they will be my first stop.

The Dirndl dress was beautiful although the sizes are awful! I used their size guideline and purchased a dress and undershirt. The dress was HUGE and the shirt was tiny (same so.e ordered) I attempted to exchange and was told Sorry not sorry! No size exchanges but you can keep it and order another one for 50% off! This dress was $214!!

How is a company not going to exchange a size! Their website states no size exchanges on free items. It was not free it cost a lot of money!

Please beware the sizes are not good and you can NOT exchange!

I would not do business with them

Do not purchase from this company! They will not provide information to return items. The dress I purchased smelled like it was soaked in chemicals that made me nauseous. They wouldn’t provide an address to send back to Pakistan (origin country) and said they automatically deduct 20% and would only give me a small fraction of my total cost as a refund. I spent more than $200 on items and they offered a refund of approximately $60. They pocket the rest of the money and I don’t have anything that can be worn. They are absolutely horrible to deal with.

We ordered Bundhosen and Dirndl. Bundhosen were perfect, and although the quality was good with the dirndl it was smaller only in the bust than expected. Take the advice of one size larger for bust size that I did not heed. Good advise. The company eventually was able to get this corrected and all is well.

Sizing was accurate, pricing was good and shipping was fast. When I ran into an issue because I ordered the wrong size customer support was quick and professional resolving my issue quickly.

This store is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Determining my size was difficult- I purchased female lederhosen. They never sent any shipping info when the order was sent, it was left in dhl custody forever. Dhl contacts you in a way that seems like they are scammers . They did offer to refund half of the tariffs I received… which didn’t help much because I had ordered the item for a specific event and didnt receive it in time. When i finally did receive the item it didn’t fit. When I contacted them, they said they don’t take returns. But they offered me 55% off a new item. Why would I spend more money at this company? I don’t want lederhosen that don’t fit…. Its leather… its not easily altered. 10/10 don't recommend.

I have to say my experience with lederhosen store has been exceptional!! I ordered a lederhosen for and upcoming Germany trip and it was a little smaller than I thought it would be. I reached out via email and recieved an email back extremly quickly, offering and exchange. They were extremely friendly and accommodating!! Would order from again!
