Great platform

Thank you for your services.

I was having such a great time posting my songs on this site. But then I needed to submit another help ticket and kept getting a message about needing to verify my email before my ticket would be submitted. My email was verified the day I signed up. I have tried to get help on their official Instagram page, Reddit, and by contacting other departments at LANDR. No response and no tickets go through. There is no way to contact them by phone and you can't email them directly. You just got an automated response directing you back to their page that I'm experiencing the problem with. I even upgraded my account to so I could get faster customer service. This has been the result. I'm really discouraged about this lack of customer service.

I’ve had a very positive experience with LANDR so far. The distribution process is simple and convenient, and the new release submission form is especially clear and easy to use. My releases have been delivered to major streaming platforms without problems, and I like having everything organized in one place. LANDR is a great option for independent artists, and I’m happy with the service.

Most responsive support of any distributor I have tried so far

I signed up for the 3 day free trial. Upon seeing it was not right for me, I cancelled it immediately. Then I received an email saying I was charged. I contacted support and they said, "Sorry, once you're charged there's nothing we can do." They did not hold to their promise. I tried again to get a refund. Never heard back from them, but noticed on the website that they changed my support request status to "solved".

Great support, even on a cheaper plan. Prompt delivery of releases. Very happy.

Fast response and an appropriate manner to address the situation and solutions you require. The customer service is top notch, however it maybe me but i do if there was a way to communicate with you via the Landr portal account, but otherwise im happy with everything

Mastering and distribution are both superior products from LANDR.

This was a difficult one to rate as this was my first experience of releasing music
The most significant factor that reduced the rating was the absence of an inbuilt help facility. I struggled to fully understand the process and that resulted in my track being attributed on the platforms to another artist with the same name.
On a positive note, once approved for release, the track was on the platform fairly quickly and they offer an affordable single release pricing structure that suits a novice like me

Abonné à LANDR depuis plusieurs années, cette plateforme de mastering est vraiment efficace et performante ! Bon son, puissances variables et choix aussi dans l'ambiance. Le site est en français, contrairement à d'autres, et ça c'est une qualité supplémentaire ! Un petit bémol, leur service technique met un peu de temps à vous répondre... mais ils répondent ! C'est pour cette raison que j'ai mis que 4 étoiles ! :-)
