All policy documents received by email immediately - and a decent cooling off period if needed.

I wasted my money taking a travel…
I wasted my money taking a travel insurance cover from this company for my single trip. I contacted the customer care for making a claim as the agent said to submit the documents which costs me £30 for a medical letter from my NHS G P and it would not be added to claim amount which is less than £50. Also, very poor experience customer care service. I would not recommend anyone this oasis for anyone looking travel insurance cover .

The man as a real wind up merchant I would not of booked but didnt have time to phone around I am goingthrough europe paid £185 last time but this guy said because europe did not included spain it was £100 more didnt like him he said that Albania was catergry1 and in Europe but because the ship included spain it was £100 more expensive. To me Spain is Europe

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I can see from the notes on your policy where the confusion is.
I can see you have added further countries to your policy as you are travelling on a cruise (Portugal, France & Spain). Your price will have been impacted due to travel to Spain as part of your policy, as this is deemed a higher risk country, largely due to medical costs within Spanish hospitals. You are correct in saying Spain is within Europe, however due to the increased medical risk Spain is classed as Europe 2 similarly to Cyprus and Greece for example. This is quite standard across the travel insurance market and can be explained in more detail on page 7 of your policy wording.
