The jersey size does not match what was advertised
The jersey sold do not match the advertised size. I purchased a 2X shirt, which is the size I normally buy from other stores, but I received a jersey that fits somewhere between an X and an XL. I contacted them for help and was told that their sizing is not based on the American standard. I’ve never received that kind of response from other stores because it was never necessary, sizes from other retailers have always matched what was advertised.
In any case, I reached out to express my frustration, and their response seemed like a generic, copy and paste reply, likely generated by ChatGPT, which obviously happens often. I understand that the jersey was already customized, but they didn’t even offer a discount for a new purchase to make up for a frustrated customer.
This was my first and last purchase with them, the cheap price ended up costing more in the end. I definitely do not recommend them due to their lack of care for customers. Money isn’t everything in life.

About exchanges, we do offer support in cases like this. However, as stated in our policies, personalized jerseys cannot be exchanged or returned. This information is shown before completing the purchase.
We understand your frustration, but in this situation, the issue comes from not following the sizing guidance available on our website. Even so, we always try to support our customers, and that’s why we offered a discount for a future purchase, even though we are not obligated to do so.
We respect all our customers and always aim to be transparent and fair.
