IBC Tanks Canada had the two parts we needed for 1/3 of the cost as other companies. The website was easy to navigate. I received an email within an hour of ordering from Michael to clarify my address for delivery (we are rural) and the parts were delivered to my gate with a phone call within a week. Highly recommend IBC Tanks Canada.

Bought the tote on line and then you guys wanted $250 for delivery when I live 25 min from your place, so I cancelled.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the delivery cost and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
At the time, our local deliveries were handled by freight companies, which charged additional fees for residential deliveries due to the need to use the tailgate service.
Since receiving your feedback, we have reviewed our delivery options and negotiated with several local carriers to find a more cost-effective solution for customers in the GTA.
We’re pleased to share that we have now secured improved rates with a smaller local carrier that uses small trucks and cargo vans for residential deliveries. As a result, we have been able to reduce our local GTA delivery rate to an average of approximately $80 per tote.
We are always looking for ways to improve our service and provide better value to our customers. Your feedback helped us identify an area for improvement, and we sincerely appreciate it.

Unfortunately I ordered an adapter that does not fit my application. Given the high cost of shipping It won't be worthwhile for me to return it. The quality of the product seems fine though. Perhaps I will find a use for it or someone else who can use it.
