The Inland Northwest Wildlife Council (INWC) is a volunteer-driven, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing fish and wildlife habitat, promoting responsible outdoor recreation, and engaging our community in hands-on conservation. Based in Spokane, Washington, we’ve been serving the Inland Northwest since 1951 through programs, events, and partnerships that make a measurable difference for our region’s natural resources. We are best known for hosting the Big Horn Outdoor Adventure Show, one of the largest and longest-running sportsmen’s shows in the United States. This four-day event brings together outdoor enthusiasts, families, and vendors from across the country and beyond, offering education, gear, and experiences for hunters, anglers, and adventurers of all kinds. Our facility, the INWC Hall, is available to rent for meetings, celebrations, and community events. Conveniently located with ample parking, the hall offers affordable rates and a flexible space that supports both private and public gatherings. Whether you’ve rented our hall, attended the Big Horn Show, or volunteered with us, you’ve played a role in supporting conservation and outdoor education in our community. The staff was great! Lauren really helped make this process easy, instructions of insurance and liquor license was easy to understand. Lauren was very helpful with questions and or any concerns she knew all the answers. Definitely will be using for future gatherings!
We rented for a celebration of life. Lauren worked with the family and friends to ensure that we had everything we needed. Facility was great and I couldn't have asked for a nicer venue.
We held our company Christmas party at the Inland Northwest Wildlife Council center and everything was perfect! We have booked our parties here in the past years, and plan on using them again in the future. Everything was made very easy for us and had everything we needed.
Everything we needed was there as promised. The building was clean and ready for us to use. The entire event went as planned. Our thanks to the staff who were very helpful in getting forms filled out and permits acquired.
We rented Inland Northwest Wildlife council for our company Christmas party. Lauren was so helpful before during and after our event. She was very clear with instructions which made for an easy set up she also made sure that the facilities holiday decorations were out and available for us to use if we wanted them which we did put them to use. After some set up and decorating the area was transformed into a very lovely spot for our company gathering.
Having our event at this location was lovely. The staff was super helpful getting us ready, including tech set up for our slide show. All worked according to plan. Access on the day was easy. Had a variety of tables, podium, lots of chairs, full kitchen, table cloths, good parking, etc. Everything was spotless for us, and easy clean up after.
We had our wedding reception here. GREAT place, GREAT service.
Lauren and Melannie (front desk) are amazing. Very helpful in explaining the process and how things work with them. Eager to answer any questions we had and didnt pressure to have us choose them.
Thespace itself is a good size to fit 100+ people comfortably. The space was clean and having access to a full kitchen was a great bonus.
I had an issue with locking the keys inside the building and they were so quick and happy to help us on our special day, couldn't be more grateful!
