Great tool for self employed entrepreneurs to gather all invoices from various suppliers in one place. Submitting a bug, a couple days later a public update with a fix. I wish I found this tool sooner!

I’ve been working for a long time on the task of automatically collecting and processing invoices—never with truly satisfactory results. Now, I’ve set up a combination of PaperlessNGX and InvoiceRadar, and thanks to the plugins, it’s incredibly easy. And if a plugin happens to be missing, it usually takes just a few hours for the support team to create one for me. It’s awesome!

I really love the business idea, because manually collecting invoices for accounting is a pain in the ass and ai agents so far are no use at all for this critical first step to automate things.

The software already looks really good at first glance. I would have some minor ideas for improvements but I guess Invoice Radar will quickly evolve. Good job so far and good luck!

Das Tool ist eine enorme Arbeitserleichterung und eine echte Zeitsparmaschine: Alle Rechnungen können automatisch abgerufen werden. Gerade für jemanden wie mich, der dutzende Abos im KI-Umfeld hat, ist das ein hervorragendes Werkzeug. Vor allem die große Vielzahl an bestehenden Verknüpfungen zu Diensten ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Falls es für einen bestimmten Dienst noch keine Verknüpfung gibt, kann diese einfach über das Tool beantragt werden. Auch die Erfahrungen mit dem Support waren durchweg positiv. Ich kann Invoice Radar klar empfehlen.

Finally an invoice tool that just works. The extraction is error-free, and I love the flexibility of saving files locally or forwarding them via email or many other ways that I prefer. It's local, so no need to share credentials with external servers. The team's response time is unmatched.. they added 5 requested new services for me within hours. The replacement of GetMyInvoices I was waiting for.

Ein wirklich hilfreiches Tool! Auch die Entwickler und der Support sind absolut erstklassig. Ich hatte ein spezielles Problem mit Amazon-Rechnungen – einen Edge-Case, der den meisten Nutzern vermutlich gar nicht auffällt. Ich habe einfach den Kontakt per E-Mail gesucht und sofort kompetente Hilfe erhalten. Das Problem war schnell gelöst und die gesamte Kommunikation verlief hervorragend und sehr freundlich.
