Very good communication and watch was exactly as described, great product

I ordered the first one a size small and thats the size the they recommended and it was to small. Then the 2nd one I ordered was a size medium and it was to small also. My grandson is 7 yrs old and wears a size 7 in shirts, but your sizes are not what they are supposed to be. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!!

This shirt is something every Vet needs and the craftsmanship is above and beyond what the pictures show and I added it to my collection and it will let people know yes I served and proud of that… the shirt is above and beyond what I expected to receive and I want to shout out get the shirt for yourself or someone who has served… it’s well worth it

The clock received is broken. The short and long hands won’t stay in place. So it doesn’t work. I’m disappointed with this purchase and I don’t have a return address for it to be returned.

Took a while to get it, but worth the wait

Ordered the Knitting Girl Christmas ornament. Easy to personalize, arrived fairly quickly, price reasonable. Would have preferred it be US made, but overall I am very happy with it.

I ordered the keychain. It looks nothing like the picture. If I look at it on the bright side, all the names are backwards. I was shocked after it came (a month later). It’s nothing like it is advertised.

This was complete false advertising. In the video, the helmet is real. When I received it, the helmet is a 2D piece of plexiglass. So I spent $70 on a $10 clock. Maybe $15 with the personalized name.

I liked the shirts the designs are real cool they fix good I’m wearing the shirt Christmas in July would recommend the shirts.

I bought Astronaut Acrylic Hanging Wall Clock - Personalized Gifts . The photo of the clock on the website looks like a real astronaut helmet with a clock inside the helmet. Looks amazing on the website. Ordered it for my grandson. What I got was a flat cardboard print of the helmet. It was not a real helmet. I was so angry. I reached out for a refund and was told since I had my grandson's name added to it that I could only receive a 15% refund. I paid $70 for a piece of cardboard! So angry. Will NEVER buy from this company again. They even said the time and effort it took to personalize the clock was the reason they could not give me a refund. Time and Effort?!! It was printed on a piece of cardboard. There was not TIME and EFFORT! Then to top it off the acrylic side was all scratched because they put the clock back on that side. The piece that the battery goes in. WOW!

Order was filled properly & arrived in an acceptable period of time. The shirt was of good quality material & fit correctly. The colors were true. The only thing I would have liked is a left breast pocket to hold a pen, etc.

Product was delivered fairly quickly. Product was exactly what we ordered and looks beautiful on our deck and everyone says how beautiful it is. Will definitely buy from them again.

They were both broken on arrival. I sent a complaint as instructed and never heard anything back

The product was late getting here, but the company did give me a discount. It plaque is too small for tge price. I would consider ordering again, if tge price is right

I’ll be honest, at first I thought I had scammed. I pulled the mugs from the packaging and I could faintly see the graphic design. I was ranting and raving and had reached out to get instructions on how to return the product. I finally showed the gift to my husband to show him what he would have received. He said didn’t you read the tag, it’s a color changing mug. I said, “what, you’re kidding me”. I could have slapped myself. He put hot water in the mug and, all of a sudden you could see the surprise. So I shared my story only to say that we are very pleased with the mug. When I gave my brother his, he was equally pleased. Thank you for providing such unique gifts. I’ll definitely be using and sharing your website with others!!!

Honestly, those cups are crap. Just a cheap glass with a very shitty piece of print glued in it.

I purchased for father's day a dad plaque with his name and our children name and it was perfect.

Glass design was cute but I was under the impression that the design was sort of 3D-ish not a paper sticker. Very disappointed in that
