best tool I used so far to be able to connect to my client's J2534 to perform the job I need remotely. support team, if you have problem, is top notch... but in 99% of situation, it works flawlessly. programmed computer many times without a hiccup. highly recommend them.

The software is good takes sometime to get used to but when you do it doesn’t perfectly the work. Should have a token base and not monthly for those that don’t use it much. I used it only 3 times in 3 months no it was not for me

This software is one stop solution for me as remote techician. I am able to connect vci like autel jvci, v200 and Rlink smoothly. If I encounter any issues, they reply my mails within a day

I recently discovered FlexiHub it and was honestly surprised by how seamless and reliable it is. The ability to remotely access and share USB devices over the internet feels almost like magic when you first see it working! Setup was straightforward, performance has been excellent, and everything just works the way you’d hope it would.

Also, their customer service has been outstanding—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I’m very glad I found it and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who needs remote device connectivity.

Muito bom o uso do flexhub, facilita muito o nosso trabalho remoto.

Have used Flexihub for many years and it has served me very well. My initial reason for buy Flexihub was that I had lost my USB Dongle (for use with running Siemens Nx CAD software). It was very expensive to replace Dongle, but bought Flexihub so that this would not happen again. Have the Dongle plugged into a Mini PC in my home office and can use my CAD software from any location so long as I have an internet connection. Fantastic product and their customer support is excellent although rarely required

Great product, however, their subscription model is the downfall of the whole company. They used to offer PAYGO (1 year, 100 sessions) for $50, but they probably realized more people bought that than their $40 a month subscription. What did they do? They removed the PAYGO offering and forced people to sign up for their subscription. After complaining about the pricing through email, I was offered a $50 PAYGO, but under the terms that I would write a review here. There's no requirement that I must write a 5 star review, even though it seems like it's what's expected of me. Because I'm basically being forced to write a review to receive the PAYGO plan, I'm giving this an honest 3/5 stars. The product is great, there's nothing like it on the market really, but, having to write a review to receive a plan they used to offer is just bad business practice. Flexihub, if you are reading this, consider either permanently bringing back your PAYGO plans, or lower your subscription costs so it would be affordable, $40 a month does not make sense to pay when some customers only need a few connections per month.

Actually surprised that they were so responsive in my request and came back to me with solutions, very nice support!

5/5 for the service provided, it's pretty magic. The pricing model favours heavier users , but their business pay as you go plan for light users can be had still, just push customer services a little..
