really happy with the quality
Bought a couple of casual shirts and a pair of relaxed trousers. The clothes have the kind of quality I would expect from places like H&M or Zara which is what I was looking for. Nothing felt flimsy when I opened the package. I have worn all three pieces already.

Great paint, late delivery
I was able to order the paint I required from the website. However, the delivery courier gave me a 4 hour window saying that a signature would be required, so I had to wait in from 9.30-1.30 and was still 1hr 10 minutes late.

In general, if the tin has been bumped or knocked in transit, whilst the metal may dent a little, this will not impact the quality of the paint. Excellent Serice and paint
I always think the measure of an excellent company is how they deal when something goes wrong. I’m not sure how but when placing my order on line I ordered the wrong type of paint. I contacted customer service who were very helpful, I ordered the correct paint and they arranged for a pick up of the old paint, I already have the refund in my account. Could not ask for more.

Love the paint / disappointed with service and one unhelpful staff member. Date might not be exact. Can look up email history
Love the paint! Unfortunately, had great difficulty with a second order, I wound up taking five days to get to me.
Ordered on a Thursday - so I understand that it would have taken until Monday. But the tracking info showed the paint being in Texas, and then New Jersey. Finally arrived in a Tuesday.
The most disappointing part of my experience was that the person I spoke with at Farrow and Ball customer service was unwilling to try and help me.
She did not offer to locate the paint, or try to expedite the delivery, she seemed unfamiliar with how things work at F&B. I had 3 phone calls with her and was told to just wait a few more days.
This was problematic because had hired painters and the job got delayed for five days, I was compelled to pay an extra fee for their wait.
Prior to this experienced I had been so pleased with their overnight service and helpful conversations with friendly staff at F&B.
