The sandals arrived quickly but I cannot wear them due to the sucking noises, they’re really loud, I’ve tried talc and they’re still loud, I’m in a hospital environment so cannot wear these loud sandals

I felt like the whole shop was just being run by bored teenagers. I asked someone for help and she looked awkward and muttered that I’d have to wait for the person serving people at the tills while she continued to put security tags on items. There was a queue of people being served by one person at the tills, so I had to wait quite a while, during this time I noticed at least three other teenagers coming and going from a back room with phones or food in their hands. It seemed as if the roster was designed badly or else not adhered to and no explanation as to why the person I first approached couldn’t help.

The female assistant was so helpful to us, I had a friend of mine visiting who wanted special Irish Rugby Shirts for her family and she was so helpful, especially the fact she knew the jerseys were comparable to the ones actually worn in the games. I think she was up from Dublin to help in the store and was a pleasure to deal with.

Ordering was simple but still to receive part of my order. It says bulk items can take up to 15 working days, cost was €40 delivery and you don't even get tracking or any information. I think when paying that amount you should be getting it quicker and getting tracking details at the very least. And asking about my experience when I've yet to receive my order is a bit of a joke to say the least!!!

I dealt with a superb assistant called Claudia. I wasn’t sure what runners I needed but she was very knowledgeable and supportive, and I was confident with her advice. I bought runners and some running socks and was delighted with my purchase. When buying an expensive item it’s important to get the right advice. Claudia was excellent and very pleasant to deal with. The store was well laid out and well stocked. I will return.
