The process of getting the requested prescription was straightforward, quick and trouble free.
The issue is that once you’ve gotten your prescription, they require additional follow-ups, which is fine, but they suddenly more than double the price of every single follow-up. There is no option to simply check in. They require you to pay more than double for a video consult every single time you need to refill your prescription.
I just found this practice to be scummy, so I stopped using them.

As part of the dysfunctional AI process, you are requested to upload a copy of a previous scrip. Mine clearly said “twice a day.” When I got my confirmation Email from the provider, it said ONCE a day. When I went to correct it, the same AI that requested a scrip upload was unable to comprehend “once” vs “twice” a day, and insisted a “get a callback.”
They don’t say “when,” of course, so you have incompetent AI + ridiculous phone tag to fix a simple, glaring error. This service is NOT convenient in the least. It is the OPPOSITE. And that’s assuming it wasn’t the provider who misread the scanned scrip. Total mess.

I definitely give this online website for doctors if you wanna call it that five stars due to the fact that they question you quite extensively about what’s going on with you, I’m a nurse and I know that some of these online doctors literally if they’re not doing like a face-to-face interview with you don’t even ask for like your blood pressure if you’re doing blood pressure meds this one they wanna make sure they want to see your bottle they want to see your blood pressure they want to see your weight you wanna see all these different things depending on what what it is that you’re writing in about that you need, for whatever that script is. In my instance it was blood pressure medication, a screwup at the doctors office they missed that I had an appointment just a few days ago and never went back backwards instead just looked forward and missed the appointment I have next week on Friday so it was just a clerical error, but nonetheless you cannot go without your blood pressure medication for one day due to rebound hypertension which can be very dangerous for some people even leave to death so the fact that for $19 within three hours on weekends I will say it does take a little bit longer because they have a lot more request on weekends but all you gotta do is just write that you want to speak to a human and usually within a few minutes they have it they have it done if it’s gone over the three hours but they’re they’re always very apologetic and then only happened to me one time and I’m still giving them five stars because of how quickly they got to my case when I spoke to a live human and it wasn’t on the phone or anything it was just through an email so I shouldn’t even say a live human it was just a quick email so I give them five stars for phoning in my exact medication and not just one month one month with two refills so now if this happens again with my Drs Office next month to say I have medication sitting there I don’t even need it for my Drs Office it’s the same exact medication so my Drs Office will see that so they’ll see that they don’t even have to phone that for me for the next three months which is great so and that’s it they’re great every time I’ve ever used them for my mom help my mom my son and Now me five stars every time this is 100 times better than running to the emergency room for smaller things if you have pink eye if you think you have a UTI if you think you know UTI I think that they send you to a lab though that’s the only thing they send you to a lab but I believe the script they give you is free but for other things it’s it’s so worth it it’s so worth it $19.

The platform advertises a $15 consultation fee but when you go through the intake that $15 fee turns into a $39fee. Then once you get the medication, they don’t give you any refills and you have to keep paying that $39 every time you want a refill so it is misleading.

SOOOO happy with my experience... I have a mad case of eczema and dermatologists are often overpriced and difficult to see. I'd highly recommend Dr.B to anyone that has chronic eczema and doesn't want to blow their paycheck on a specialist visit. The only criticism I have is that the AI questioning is a bit silly. eczema can be painful. pain was a 'disqualifier' for the consultation. I changed my answer and the AI locked me out. I asked for it to be fixed with support and had my prescription in hand within a few hours.

They locked my account because instead…
They locked my account because instead of General penicillin allergy they have 10 different kinds of penicillin listed. They said I changed my answer too many times from adding all of them. Support does not exist. No phone line. Chat feature says you'll get an email when an agent is available which I never got. Ill spend my money elsewhere

This platform is very easy to use and SO much more efficient than driving to my regular PCP's office (assuming I could get an appointment within the next few days!).
