Paid for a dishwasher via Clearpay which of course failed to be delivered i went to check there address in Wakefield which was closed down in March. I contacted Clearpay with all the information and I have received a full refund 🙂

Complete and utter fraud of a company.

I stupidly ordered a freezer from their website against my intuition that it was a dodgy company. The freezer never arrived. I chased up but nothing. They are using the credentials of an actual company called Frog Tools Ltd.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL FRAUD

This site appears to be a scam. Like others on here, I ordered an item (dishwasher) and was sent tracking info. On ‘delivery day’ (when I’d made arrangements to be in to receive the item) I was told there was an issue with the courier and that they would offer me a discount as a goodwill gesture, which never appeared, much like the dishwasher… many emails since sent to Difishop and the courier and no replies from either.

It’s been over 2 months and still no dishwasher so I can only conclude it’s a scam.

Have contacted my bank in the hope of getting my money back.

Please don’t make the same mistake I made and place an order with this company.

I’ve ordered a fridge freezer 28 May. Got confirmation n tracking number and saying it’s ’on It’s way’ 29 May. Est delivery 17 Jenr been and gone. No responses to my email. Delivery link no longer works. I think I’ve been scammed

Scam site, does not deliver goods. Had to use credit card charge back to recover payment when goods and email communications failed.

It is scam company and I have lost £100. My bank is trying to claim my money back.

It is a scam site their address is not registered to this company and there isn't any response from the phone number and email! DO NOT BUY!!

Took payment, no delivery, no reply to emails or phone. Scam. Needed to get the refund direct from my Visa card (and then deleted credit card for security reasons). They still have my personal details though!!

Do not buy from this company, they dissolved march 10th this year. Total scam.i foolishly purchased dishwasher from them. U will get confirmation of order with delivery date and tracking number, all false then further email offering discount when delivery date is not met. Please do not make the same mistake I made.

Scam site my bank is now chasing my refund

Please please, Stay away of this company. They took my money & said they would refund it. They ignored every email I sent & my credit company are on the case now. Please stay away from them.

SCAM site. I ordered a bread maker but it didn't arrive at the time they said (over 3 weeks from ordering despite them saying on their web site 3-5 business days). When queried after almost 4 weeks they said that they would delivery the Bread Maker to me that week. When that didn't arrive, they just ignored my chasing emails so claiming back my money under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Complete waste of time and more importantly, they now have my credit card details. Why do credit card companies let these companies use them to commit fraud?

SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The company takes your money, advise of delivery date and give you a tracking number (tracking never updated). Delivery date comes and goes, offer you a discount for “late delivery”, next delivery dates comes and no goods received. Emails not answered, no telephone numbers - SCAMMERS 100%.

YES ITS A SCAM. WONT ARRIVE. HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK TO CLAIM THE MONEY BACK.

Ordered a Panasonic breadmaker. Never arrived. Emailed multiple times Ans no reply. Called number on website and it's dead.

Difishop is one of the worst company I have dealt with i ordered a fridge freezer on march it say on the website 3 to 5 working day but 2 months have past and no delivery they kept giving excuses and at the end I got my money back through my bank they are a scam you won't get your order that for sure please stay away and phone number thats on the web forget it they never answer it give it ago and you'll see it they are a fraud

Scamed 150£. For a fridge 4 weeks and didnt arrived i contact them and they said refund will be with you in 6 10 days never get it . Scam ! 100%

Do not buy anything from this company. They are fraudulently using my registered driving school business name, "Never 2L8 Driving School," on their bank statements. Because of this, I currently have 20+ angry customers contacting me thinking I am the one who scammed them. I have absolutely no association with this company. Stay
