Wrong size and quantity sent. Danybloom now wants more money to fix the order and will not refund. A complete scam. Avoid unless you like throwing away money.

The product didn't live up to the ads AT ALL and is ill fitting. I'm fighting to get my money back. First they give you a ridiculous, lowball offer. Then slightly higher or you have to ship overseas, which will cost more than the product. The shipping label has a US address so I refused to ship overseas. Obviously its a deterrent to getting a refund. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased two bras ordered 42c. I received. 3xxl flat as a pancake.

Tried to return they refused
I settled with a discount 30% rather than having to send back.

Totally a scam

Received my package and tried one bra- it didn’t fit at all! was flimsy and I have been waiting for someone to contact me as I am requesting a return and refund. Haven’t heard yet and hope to hear before the 30 day return policy. I should have looked at these reviews before ordering! My mistake ass the bras looked great on the website. Will never buy from them and go in person to purchase bras at legit stores.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

I ordered four bras in size Medium and later received an email stating that my package had been delivered. When I checked the tracking information, I discovered it had been delivered to an address in Arizona, even though I live in Texas.

After contacting customer service, I was told the package had been delivered to the address provided on my order. However, I paid through PayPal, where my shipping address is already stored and correctly listed.

Following several exchanges with customer service, the company offered to resend the items only if I paid an additional $18 shipping fee. I declined, as I had already paid shipping for an order that was sent to the wrong address.

I ultimately filed a dispute through PayPal. The company contested the claim, but PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded me for three of the four bras. I eventually received one bra, but instead of the Medium I ordered, it was a 3XL. Once again, the company claimed that was the size I had selected.

My options for resolving the issue were either to return the item to Vietnam at my own expense and hope for a refund, or keep the incorrect item and receive only a 20% refund. Given my experience, I had little confidence in either option.

Thanks to PayPal's decision, my loss was limited to about $17. The biggest lesson I learned is to always read customer reviews before purchasing. I usually do, but unfortunately I didn't this time, and I regret it.

Bottom line: Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to shipping errors, poor customer service, and an unsatisfactory resolution process.

Very dissatisfied with their customer service I ordered sizing as their guide recommends and I received a 38 inch sized band and measured it at 28 inches I contacted the company and was given the runaround and offered a 20% discount to keep the items that don’t fit anybody don’t bother. Keep your money.

I ordered a product from them and never received it. I have spent 2 weeks plus going back and forth trying to find out where my order went. I was sent the wrong tracking number so my product was never actually shipped to me, and they still refuse to give me a refund. They are very shady. DO NOT ORDER from them and good luck if you do. I placed my order on July 14th and today is September 4th and no refund, no product!

The product did not fit, the foam pads were lumpy, the clasps dug into my back. They are offering a change of size for $20 and keep product that doesn't fit or a refund of 10% which would be $5.44, absolutely ridiculous. I'm going turn it in as fraud. Do not buy from this company. It took 29 days to receive the stupid junky bras. I'd give zero stars if it could be.

Ordered 36DDD and it was more like 42C or B. Flimsy and stretched out. Not at all like the pictures.

Do not buy from this scammer! If u paid dispute and refuse! Put this scam out of business!

Complete and utter SCAM site! The items are from china and my order# 9134-83592 took forever to arrive. Their return and refund policy is the biggest joke and scam! They “claim” complete refund within 45 days and then they don’t answer your emails to them or they offer a disgusting 10% refund.

They have royally screwed me out of almost $120.00 CAD and I’m now stuck with “bras” in various sizes that are nowhere near what I ordered (a couple even look like they were already worn! 🤬) and I can’t even sell them because there’s no sizing labels on any of them. I’m so pissed off, if I could find an actual brick and mortar location, I would happily ask my “friends” to go pay them a visit!

This “company” is complete and utter bullshit! Do not order from them ever!

Product did not fit and I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size even though I ordered my normal bra size. So they want to charge you 15.99 for a one time replacement to send you the correct item or they will give you 10% of the product value and you get to keep a product you can't use. There is a 45 day guarantee period but for what as you can't get a full refund for the product that does not fit. Do not bother to buy any items from this company.

I ordered 4 of their bras and used my current bra size as reference (40D) since they didn't have a size chart. When I got them the package said 2XL. They were no were near a 2XL. They were so small they'd fit a 10 year old. I asked for an exchange and was denied despite what their exchange policy is listed on their website. Instead I got to keep 4 bras that I can't wear and I got a whopping 10% of my order back. Now I'm stuck having to buy more bras elsewhere. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied.

This Company is a scam through and through. Everything they'd say about returns and exchanges a lie. They will send a blanket email saying they will give you 10%... no matter what your order is or was. If you tell them no to the 10% they start ignoring your emails. Horrible company. They pay for EVERY review they have on their site. I have payed a dozen times and they quit erasing my review

I would give dany bloom bras a 0. I never received my bras. I inquired about the where abouts of the 5 bras I purchased, in a 46c cup only to be informed that they were delivered. Therefore, I never received my order to know about the quality of these bras. I completely ripped off considering that I am stuck paying a bill for bras that I never received. Yes, I’ve contacted customer service only to be informed that the bras were delivered. Everything else that I’ve purchased a month ago was received except for the 5 bras I purchased from dany bloom. I have truly learned a valuable lesson again about purchasing from the annoying popup adds when I play games. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased from this company as well as a wig company that advertised wigs at high quality and prices only to receive a wig of very poor quality that looked nothing like the advertised wig and hair style.

I received my bras, way too small and so flimsy that they give absolutely no support. I sent a request for return and they said they would get back to me in two business days. That was three weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything from them and they are not answering my emails!! Do not buy from this company, they cannot be trusted!!

I would give no stars.
I ordered 2 48B bras. I received my bras last Saturday. They were marked 3xl. They were 33 inches from one end to the other end. A 33 inch bra is not going to fit a 48B chest.
I have sent 3 emails requesting to send the back for a refund. I have received nothing from them regarding my bras but I have received 2 texts regarding "my free gift."
Don't buy from danybloom. They are scammers.

Horrible , cheap products and even worse customer service. Stay away from this company. I haven’t gotten my refund yet…but I will!

STAY AWAY FROM ALL THING DANY BLOOM AND RELATED TO DANY BLOOM.
Their exchange and refund policy is just a lie. Their sizing does NOT correlate to North America sizing and once you receive the wrong size YOU will pay to exchange for another bra that still won’t fit.
Customer service is a hoax with all pre-written script and shame on those who know they’re defrauding customers and stay with them.
