Would highly recommend Domesticair for air conditioning. I had a multi split system with 2 indoor units fitted yesterday in my house by mat and colleague (apologies i'm hopeless with names and have forgot your name) who together did a great job, they dealt with an issue as it arose and left everywhere clean and tidy.
My original install date was planned for mid Aug but had to be delayed due to lack of stock from Mitsubishi Electric. This was not the fault of Domesticair who communicated the stock issue to me professionally and gave me options including cancellation. I chose to wait. It was well worth the wait and I now have 2 internal and 1 external unit professionally fitted which are great for both cooling and heating. Thank you to Ryan and your team at Domestic air.

Mike the Engineer was Excellent and paid attention to the detail of the installation. I deducted a star because of delays and poor transmission of information some of which could have been avoided the end result was an Excellent installation.

We bought (at a competitive price) and had fitted a Panasonic Air Conditioning unit from Domestic Air. Mike came today to fit it and did a fantastic job. He was courteous, efficient and helpful and left everything clean and tidy.

Had an AC fitted this week, working great so far. The fitters Mike and Darren were professional and polite and did a really neat and tidy job.

Went above and beyond. They really care about doing a good job. Would use again without hesitation.

I cannot sing the praises of the two installers that came to our property today to fit/install our much awaited (& needed!) air con for the bedroom.
They were polite, professional, treating my home as they would their own. I wish that all fitters were like these. Thank you Mike & Darren so much for the gift of sleep - I will be recommending to everyone!

I would highly recommend Domestic Air Conditioning Ltd. This is the second air conditioning installation they have completed for us, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with the service.

This installation was for a third-floor bedroom, so it was a more involved job, but Matty and Matty handled everything brilliantly. They arranged the scaffolding themselves, including its removal afterwards, which made the whole process completely hassle-free for us.

They were punctual, professional, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly.

All in all, a very professional outfit and excellent service. The fact that we’ve used them for a second installation speaks for itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domestic Air Conditioning Ltd.

I can’t express how wonderful the team was!! From initial consultation, all the way to the fitting our aircon. They were so lovely to chat to and a pleasure to have in our home. They kept the house extremely tidy and clean while doing the work needed. The aircon unit is absolutely brilliant. We’ve had it a few months now and no problems whatsoever. Great service again from Josh and the Domestic Air team. Since our system was installed by them in 2020 it has been faultless keeping us cool in summer and warm in winter.

It's That time of year again when the Air con is due a service. I get a reminder over WhatsApp from Domestic Air and book an appointment. Fingers crossed I get the same gentleman who came the year before. Josh, he did a great job of the service but also had loads of patients with my wife who has a rare form of dementia.
Yes! Its Josh, I get a message off Josh the day before the appointment, confirming his time of arrival. Josh arrives on time and I remembered he likes coffee. I showed Josh a very small leak in the drain, which Josh said he’d investigate. Once the service was complete, Josh explained what he had done on the service and also showed me that he’d replaced the leaking joint on the drain. Thank you, Josh! The invoice was sent out the next day, which I gladly paid. Great company Domestic Air, thank you!

Great service. Josh texted the day before to give me a time of arrival. On the day texted and said he could come earlier if I wanted he was respectful of my property and polite. Did the air con service in a timely manner and good price. Would highly recommend.

I recently had a great experience with Domestic Air. Communication from start to finish was clear and concise. Darren and Mike, the installers who came out, did an excellent job. They were professional throughout the entire process, and I was particularly impressed with how tidy and clean they kept the workspace.

Having this air conditioning has truly changed our lives; our home is now a comfortable sanctuary no matter how hot it gets outside, and the difference in our quality of sleep and daily comfort is incredible. Highly recommend their services!
