Terrible terrible company. Swimwear was awful- poor material, weird sizing, so I requested a refund. Was told refunds have to go through Asia, this is not mentioned anywhere on the website and that I'm responsible for the return shipping. Honestly don't waste your money with this awful company

I ordered a stroller for my puppy almost a month ago. No delivery date, no updates, nothing!
I still haven’t gotten what I ordered. I sent many emails to no avail.
I wish I’d done my research on this company before purchasing. I’m very angry

Terrible company scamming money of people . I paid for 2 pares of shorts . The material was cheep and badly fitting. I sent my order back costing £25 00. They also tell you to declare you say its worth £9.00 when returning due to customs . They only updated me once on my return and now any emails I send get bounced back . I have now paid for 2 shorts plus the return and recieved no refund . They have offered 50% refund telling me my tracking said return to sender saing ive got the shorts I havent .so 50% just for the shorts that don't fit I asked for a refund on the postage. Nothing yet .

The item was advertised as an embroidered blouse, it was 29.99, when it arrived is was awful, no embroidery just printed on cheap unbreathable fabric. Asked for a refund butapparently I'll need to pay the postage for itto go to China. Their advert was completely misleading. Do not buy from them if only there was a no star option

⚠️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ⚠️ The quality is absolutely shocking & returns are at own cost to China!! My parcel arrived at Chinese customs & they refused to pay the customs charge - it took me 4 months to get a refund & that was only after threatening with legal action!!!! This site should be taken down !!

Do not buy anything from this company. They will lead you a merry dance if you request a return and refund. The most I managed to get back was 30% and lucky me I can keep the item!! I am donating the garment. which looked cheap and was not worth the money I paid for it to a local charity shop, they might get 50p for it! Be warned, I only wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them.

Fabric feels soft and breathable honestly, good choice for warm weather. Colors are very similar to those shown online, though not an exact match.

Wish my daughter had looked this company up before purchasing the total s**t shoes. Came too late to wear and too much to return. When we opened (as did not to begin with as arrived late ) they were two sizes too small and faulty. Terrible company will still not refund, utterly awful customer service , total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE STORE

Despite the website stating the company is in France, my purchase came from China. I bought a blue/green checked co-ord. The material is thin and jersey-like but it does fit me, which came as a surprise. The trousers are a different shape to the online pictures - wide leg rather than tapered at the ankle. The material looks cheap close up, but OK at a distance. I obviously can’t be bothered to send it back at my expense.

Absolutely awful experience. This company claims to be London-based, but my order was actually shipped from China. Several emails later, it’s gonna cost me more than the shoes are worth to return them!

The shoes were very poor quality and nothing like I expected. The whole experience has been a complete waste of my time and money.

I would strongly advise others to do their research before ordering from this website. I certainly won’t be buying from them again. AVOID this company. SCAM

I ordered the Women’s Gingham Two-Piece Wide-Leg Co-Ord Set and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The product description didn’t even state the fibre content, so I assumed (wrongly) that it would be 100% cotton. Instead, it was made from a synthetic fabric that felt nothing like I expected.

The parcel arrived with no paperwork whatsoever—no invoice, no returns form and no return instructions. I returned the item to the return address shown on the postage label, believing that was the correct address.

Grand London then refused to issue a full refund, claiming I should have contacted them first and returned the item to a warehouse in Asia. This had never been communicated to me. Although the company trades as “Grand London” and has a registered address in Paris, they insisted returns had to go to Central Asia.

Despite confirming they had received the returned item, they initially offered me just a 10% refund, which then increased to 20%, 30% and finally 40%. I refused every offer because they were in possession of both the returned goods and my full payment.

Thankfully, my bank agreed with my chargeback claim and I received a full refund.

Based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again. I would also recommend reading the return policy carefully before ordering and checking independent reviews first.

A WHOLE WORLD OF PAIN.
UNSCRUPULOUS. DISHONEST. MISLEADING AND NO DOUBT ROLLING IN ILL GOTTEN GAINS. AVOID !!!!!!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
Sadly my reveiw will join multiple unhappy and wronged customers.

Purchased what I thought was a beautifully cut , high quality denim jumpsuit. Grand London website is glossy and engaging, had a quality feel to it. Sadly for me , as it would appear for many many other customers, the item sent DOES NOT MEET THE IMAGE ON THIER SITE.
The rag that arrived was poorly packaged in cheap plastic wrapping and was crumpled. Had a cheap Chinese knock off feel to.. TURNS OUT THAT IS EXCACTLY WHAT IT WAS!!!!!!. Bullet points to follow;

° The jumpsuit was far lighter in shade and made of some polyester type man-made fabric.
° Care label had been cut out.
° When I tried the item on..i discovered it wasn't made to match the measurements listed on Grand London size chart. It was out by a good 6cm rendering it not fit for purpose and therfore faulty.
° A quick smart phone Search in Circle confirmed the image was STOLEN FROM KAREN MILLENS WEBSITE!!!

Grand London are guilty of Misrepresentation and Copyright Theft.!!!!
I contacted the contact email address on their site and outlined all of the above to someone called GABRIELLE. I can see another reveiw naming this person. If this is their real name at all.
I received a very polite email reply using smoke screens like " we understand and want to fix this for you as quickly as posssible"
And what followed quite literally spiked my anxiety severely.
GABRIELLE offered me a return authorization and explained i would have to RETURN SAID RAG TO THEIR FACTORY IN ASIA AT MY OWN EXPENSE!!!!!
Or i could keep the item and gift to a freind!!!! and receive a partial refund . Apparently each time a customer accepts this partial refund service ..THEY PLANT A TREE SOMEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!! HILARIOUS! They can't even afford to pay return fees Apparently.. can you really imagine these unscrupulous scammers pottering about in the forest !!!!!

I replied to GABRIELLE explaining this it is clearly stated on their site that return postage is only covered by Grand London if the item is faulty. Which mine WAS
THIS PARTICULAR FACT WAS IGNORED BY GABRIELLE and then we exchanged several more emails , i got the same response each time but the partial refund offered crept up to 30%. I still declined as £12. 90p is no compensation for the £43 i paid for the rag.. Royal Mail tracked return was quoted at £26 by my local Post Office!!!!!!

I asked for my emails to he escalated to the complaints department.
THEN SANDRA; CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGER STEPPED IN..
SEVERAL EMAILS EXCHANGED AND ALSO OFFERED A FREE OF CHARGE DIFFERENT ITEM OF MY CHOICE SENT OUT TO ME. I politely explained that all I wanted it a refund of the £43 I spent of my birthday money on thier faulty substandard item. I did not want to risk another poorly made rag sent out to me

'WE UNDERSTAND '. WE TAKE POOR REVEIWS VERY SERIOUSLY " ( AFTER I MENTIONED TRUST PILOTS EXTENSIVE POOR REVIEWS FOR GRAND LONDON).
So basically Sandra wasn't budging either and ignoring continuously when I kept outlining the returns charge is dow to them. I EVEN COPIED THE RETURN POLICY FROM THEIR SITE AND SENT TO SANDRA.
I also found a template for a legal letter stating that we had entered into a contract when I made my purchase an that faulty items should be returned at the cost of the company. SANDRA IFNORED THIS EMAIL.

I eventually contacted CITIZENS ADVICE who will pass on to Trading Standards.
I'm £43 out of pocket and ive given the rag to a charity shop to be used for scrap as they receive money for scrap materials.

This all began at the end of May and I can see on here that as recent as YESTERDAY, CUSTOMERS ARE STILL BEING RIPPED OFF.!!!!!!
WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT NOT INVESTIGATING THESE UNSCRUPULOUS INDIVIDUALS .

GRAND LONDON DO NOT TAKE POOR REVIEWS SERIOUSLY . ALL THEY TAKE IS YOUR HARD EARNED WEDGE !!!!!

Sadly they are remaining rigid in their narrative and failing to acknowledge the fact that it is clearly stated on their website THAT RETURNS ARE AT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY. My jumpsuit was poorly made and not made to meet the size chart .; Faulty.

I still stand by my 1 star review.

The item I received looked nothing like the website photos. The quality was awful, the material was cheap, and there wasn’t even a brand label or tag. After days of emails, they only kept increasing their partial refund offer instead of resolving the issue. They expect customers to pay expensive return shipping to China for a product that is not as described.

Grand London this compony is totally fraud and full of scam. Don't buy anything from this website. First they will send you wrong item then they will ask you to return with your own money and won't give you refund. Even they have shown the wrong address on the website. The return address is in China, However the address on their website is showing France. I am struggling a lot with my item. I have received totally wrong item and asking for my refund, I spent £20 but they are avoiding and offering me only 30% of refund from my full amount.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. DO NOT buy from them. They are not a UK company despite giving the impression that they are.
Returns can only be sent to China at your expense.
The clothing is shoddy, badly made, ill fitting & has no labels.

I bought a dress for my daughter’s prom, but I had to return it because the colour was completely different from how it appeared on the website.

I returned the dress using DPD and kept emailing Grand London to chase my refund. After a month, DPD informed me that Grand London had not completed the receipt process for the parcel, and it is now considered lost.

When I contacted Grand London, they said they would investigate with their warehouse. They have now told me they have not received the parcel and therefore cannot issue a refund.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I returned the item correctly, and I don’t believe I should be held responsible for the parcel being lost after it was sent back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and would not recommend this company.

Very disappointing. Items are ill fitting and of poor quality. The website implies that returns are simple, this is not the case. Despite assurances from the vendor, in reality they will NOT accept ANY returns.

This company is a complete scam avoid them at all costs ! They have nothing to do with th London and are based in China. They will not send you what your’e expecting the clothes are significantly poor quality and not what I ordered, when you try to return the goods they provide an undeliverable address, it’s a complete scam at every stage. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking experience.

It is very rare for me to write a negative review, spending years in customer service has made me very sympathetic towards staff etc but I feel like it is a duty to let people know about this scam act of a so called company.

I looked on their gorgeous website and found some beautiful wedges at a decent price of £30. The delivery said 5-7 days but it took 3 weeks for them to arrive. Again no issue, these things happen. But then I noticed they had been delivered from China. Upon opening they are the most low quality unwearable sandals I've ever seen, the lining and stitching spilling to the outside, stickers stuck on the outer material of the sandal. They are absolute tat. The type you'd pay £3 for from temu.

I got in touch with their customer service to raise a return and was told returns are to be paid for by the buyer - costing more than the purchase- even though still to this day it says on their website free returns only pay for the return label.

After some very unhelpful back and forth I had to get my credit card company involved who have kindly ruled in my favour and refunded me for my purchase.

Scam Chinese company pretending to be a good UK company. Avoid at all costs. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK
