I did the mistake of looking at them i had a look at my PayPal thinking about paying for one, but backed out as i couldn't justify paying £49.99 for face cream, the next thing 3 products poped up, I click to see what it was, but came off the website. The next thing I know PayPal message saying thanks for your order!!!
I phoned PayPal to say I didnt give authorisation for these not only was it £49.99 plus delivery £55.98 there was also £69.98 and £79.96 and there was asubscription to receive more of something I didnt want in the first place Absolute CON

I placed my order on 16 May, received an order confirmation, and then heard absolutely nothing. My parcel never arrived, and I was never contacted about any shipping issue.

After waiting for over a month, I had to contact customer service myself to ask where my order was. The response I received from Stella was completely unacceptable. Instead of issuing a refund for an order that never arrived, I was told that the logistics company rejected their claim and that I would have to pay another $15 shipping fee if I still wanted my order. They also admitted that the item was now out of stock and that I would have to wait another 25 days.

Why should a customer pay anything when the parcel never arrived? This is not my mistake. I paid for my order in full, and the company failed to deliver it. Asking customers to pay more instead of providing a full refund is terrible customer service.

I requested a refund because I never received my purchase, yet they tried to make me pay even more money. This is completely unfair and unprofessional.

I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience.Obbiously i will take further actions and investigation against this company!

Complete scam, they put you in a subscription cycle which you can’t cancel.

I received two jars of Glora md which I did not order. About a year ago, I ordered one jar, and, never ordered anymore after that. Recently, they advertised under an unknown name, I went into that website and when I discovered who it was, I quickly got out. But, they sent me two jars. I called them and told them I would not pay for it and, would contact my credit card co. Not to pay them.

My grandaughter accidentally pushed the button yesterday to order this, I emailed at 530 am to stop the order, it hasnt been packaged or anything and they refuse to refund me. That was my grocery money for the week, this company is horrible. Dont order from them,. scam.

I did not set a subscription with them but they continue to send me products and take money out of my bank and I can't get anyone from the company to help me. Avoid at all costs

I ordered 1 bottle of this serum, however the company shipped 3. I didn't want 3, I contacted CS and they would not help me return the 2 bottles not requested. A month later they shipped another bottle, which I didn't request or want. This serum is junk. It does nothing it claims. I contacted CS again by phone. The cs rep spoke poor English, but Finally understood, I didn't order or want the order they shipped and charged my card. I requested a refund, return label and requested them to close my account. I requested them to remove my information from their system completely. The CS rep said she would do as I requested. I waited 1 week and nothing happened, so I sent 4 emails requesting GloriaMd do the refund along with the return label. Still no fallow through by the company. A few days later I called again and was told they would send the return label along with my refund. The last week of April, GloriaMD still hadn't completed the refund or return requested. The last of April, this stupid company sent me notice of another bottle being shipped. I didn't request this order.I called went through the issues again, requesting them to not ship that package. I didn't order it, didn't want it and shared I was still waiting for a return label, plus a refund for the order they shipped early April. The cs rep hung up on me. I called back and again explained the problems, plus I followed up with an email. Finally in an email the company stated I would be refunded for for both shipments. I am still waiting for them to complete everything. This company continues shipping and charging people without approval. I have notified the BBB regarding this companies non-compliance, not honoring their guaranteed returns and refunds, along with their practices regarding charging, plus shipments without the customers approval. Their product is a joke. If you want to return it, they make it almost impossible to complete.
Don't waste your money on their products, especially if you want results.

It had no confirmation- no total of what you have ordered and to pay. It duplicates the order without your consent. It took my money out of my account £200. I only wanted a £39 bottle!
I reported it within 2 minutes and was told the order has been dispatched.
Do not order of them.
I just hope when I receive the order I can return it to get my refund. Has anyone else had problems getting a refund back once you returned the product?

I sent them an email to cancel the order within the hour but they claimed it had already been shipped. I got billed a month after for a second order which I didnt request and haven't received yet.
Recurring orders and auto payments happen every month.
The only way to stop them is to block your card and get a new one issued.
Dot purchase anything from this company.

It was ordered on my card without permission I notified the company the same day to cancel it they wouldn't was charged 83 pound for 2 bottles by the way didn't work At ALL waste of money

despite saying it is free P&P i was charged £5.98 which was not advertised.on going back into the order it automatically ordered another item which I did not want so a total cost of c. £110. I contacted the company 6 times only to get an e-mail back How did we do? with no answers whatsoever. I am now trying to return the item which in itself is a challenge. would not deal with again

I ordered to many bottles by mistake and emailed them right away to be told it was to late the order had already been shipped this was in the space of 60seconds. I received the order and emailed I wished to return it to be told I was not using a valid email address and there was no record of my order which was just utter lies please don't trust this company. I was eventually told to cover the cost of the return

I am a 60 year old disabled woman and I live alone. I, like many women , hate aging and when I saw wonder serum being offered for £29.00 , I decided it was worth a go. Until I saw that £123 was basically STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
Shame on these people.
And Shane on Google for allowing this fraud to be perpetuated.
