Attentive service and a constructive approach
Bloomcabin impressed me with their responsive communication and willingness to resolve problems. They acted promptly when needed and took my concerns seriously.
I am pleased with the sunroom, although greater attention to concerns raised during installation might have spared me the ongoing task of tracing rainwater finding its way onto the floor.
Overall, I appreciate Bloomcabin attitude and would happily approach them again.

Des mois d'attente, on vous fait tourner en bourrique, le mode d'emploi est très exotique, très minimaliste, aucune clarté et beaucoup d'énergie perdue à comprendre ce qu'ils ont voulu dire.

I really wanted to love my experience with Bloom Cabin because I was so excited about my greenhouse. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a very frustrating one.

I ordered a custom 10’ x 15’ greenhouse in early June 2026 and paid around $8,400. Before I placed the order, I was told a 12–14 week timeline. That was a big factor in deciding to move forward with the purchase.

After almost 12 weeks, I reached out for an update and was then told that the actual timeline was 37–39 weeks from the date of my order. I was surprised because that was very different from what I had understood when I purchased it.

I tried to work with Bloom Cabin and was willing to wait if they could give me a reasonable and reliable timeline. I wasn’t simply trying to change my mind or cancel because I no longer wanted the greenhouse. I still wanted the product. I just needed them to either deliver it within a reasonable timeframe or refund me if they couldn’t.

Unfortunately, the delays continued. I received updates about production, aluminum profiles, powder coating and supplier issues, but I never received a firm delivery date that I felt I could count on.

Eventually, after trying to resolve the situation directly with Bloom Cabin, I filed a dispute through PayPal. PayPal reviewed the case and ruled in my favor.

I’m disappointed because I genuinely wanted this greenhouse and had plans to use it as an outdoor space. This wasn’t a small purchase, and I expected much better communication and transparency about the production timeline.

I’m sharing my experience because I think anyone considering a Bloom Cabin should be aware that the actual wait time may be significantly longer than what they initially expect. I would strongly recommend getting the production and delivery timeline in writing before placing an order.
I was reimbursed and going with another company in the US.

Der Kundensupport und die Qualität der Bereitstellung meines Gewächshauses war ungenügend: Viele fehlenden Artikel bei meiner Lieferung des Gewächshauses. Bei mir fehlten 8 Artikel und 2 Artikel waren falsch, mit falschen Bohrungen. Auch nach vielen eMails blieben meine Anfragen unbeantwortet oder das Problem wurde an eine weitere Stelle weitergeleitet, ebenfalls unbeantwortet. Die Telefon-Hotline ist nie besetzt. Bei 8 Anrufen, keine Antwort. Erst nach 3 Wochen bekam ich Ersatz. Beim Zusammenbau haben wir zudem festgestellt, dass die Bohrlöcher des Dachfirstes nicht stimmten, sodass wir nachbohren mussten. Schade dass die Lieferung und der Support nicht den Erwartungen an ein hochwertiges Produkt entspricht. Die Qualität des Gewächshauses (Modell Classic) ist aber hervorragend. Die Aluprofile und ESC- Gläser sind ausgezeichnet. Schade dass bei so einem ausgezeichneten Produkt die Qualität der Bereitstellung und der Kundensupport so mässig sind. Angesichts des mässigen Gesamtpakets gebe ich (leider) nur 2 von 5 Sternen. Heute würde ich das Gewächshaus nur noch inklusive der Montage kaufen, man erspart sich so sehr viel Ärger und Frust. Ich würde die Montage nicht mehr selber vornehmen. Mein Tip: Produkte von Boomcabin NUR inklusive der Montage kaufen.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Bloomcabin. Ich warte seit April/Mai 2026 auf mein Gewächshaus. Von einen fast fünfstelligen Kaufpreis habe ich bereits 50% angezahlt. Stand 23.10.2026 habe ich noch immer keine Ware erhalten.

Besonders ärgerlich: Mit dem Außendienstmitarbeiter war ausdrücklich vereinbart, 50 % als Anzahlung und die restlichen 50 % bei Lieferung zu bezahlen. Trotzdem wurde ich später aufgefordert, den Restbetrag bereits vor dem Versand zu überweisen ohne dass man mir etwas verbindliches mitteilen kann.

Aufgrund meiner bisherigen Erfahrung kann ich Bloomcabin derzeit nicht empfehlen. Betrugsverdacht und Abzocke liegt nahe - leider.

So etwas Schlechtes habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Gewächshaus im April bestellt. Sollet 8 Wochen Lieferzeit haben. Das Gewächshaus ist immer noch nicht da und ich bekomme auf Anrufe, Emails, Whatsapp oder den Chat auf der Internetseite keine Antwort.

Bitte unbedingt Finger weg!

No pasūtījuma līdz uzstādīšanai – viegli un ērti, ja zini, ko vēlies, pretī saņem profesionālu skaidrojumu. Ļoti laipna komunikācija, precīza termiņu izpilde! Manā gadījumā tie bija 4,5 mēn. Noteikti iesaku un esmu jau ieteikusi draugiem izmatot šo pakalpojumu. Žēl, ka nevaru bildes pielikt!
Apniks siltumnīcā tomāti, ierīkošu ziemas dārzu, lapeni, atpūtas vietu un šeit pat pasūtīšu jumta aizkaru komplektu. Tā ka, ja vēlies nākamo vasaru pavadīt savā sapņu siltumnīcā, sāc plānot jau tagad!

Ordered and paid for my greenhouse in April 26. Delivery date was late July which didn't happen. Chased in August and told late September. Didn't happen. Am still chasing for date and no response,!

Anfangs sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation (Kundenbindung?) , jetzt seit Wochen keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich, weder telefonisch, per WhatsApp , Facebook oder Mail. Wir sind noch nicht am Ende der "Reise" und wollen einfach restlichen Sachverhalt klären, was sich leider unmöglich darstellt. 50% Anzahlung geleistet und ich komme einfach nicht weiter! Ich hoffe dass wir es bald klären können!

Fast, good quality and great communication

Onlangs is de besteld tuinkas bij mij geïnstalleerd. Ik lees pas achteraf veelal negatieve recensies op deze site. Had ik dit van te voren geweten had ik wellicht van de aankoop afgezien.

Wat hier al geschreven is: bedrijf is gevestigd in Letland (niet in Denemarken) en is zowel met telefoon, per Email als per WhatsApp zeer moeizaam bereikbaar. Ik denk dat ik 70x heb gebeld en 3x iemand aan de lijn heb gekregen. En ik ben 1x teruggebeld. Op email wordt pas na weken of helemaal niet gereageerd. Tuinkas moet vooraf volledig betaald worden dus dan begin je je wel zorgen te maken. Uiteindelijk na ca. 3 maanden de serre geleverd gekregen: een grote kist op mijn oprit. De installatie die ik er bij had besteld liet toen nog even op zich wachten en ik kreeg ook geen informatie wanneer die plaats zou vinden. Uiteindelijk werd deze 4 weken later op zaterdagavond+ zondag geïnstalleerd. Bleek niet compleet en weer 3 weken later de deuren nog gehangen door vriendelijke, gebrekkig Engels sprekende monteur Toms.

De kas is van mooie kwaliteit, ik kan niet anders zeggen. De de aankoopprijs incl. installatie ongeveer de helft van wat je hier in NL kwijt zou zijn. Als je bovenstaande op de koop toe neemt en geduldig bent krijg je uiteindelijk een mooie serre.
Wil je bovengenoemde onzekerheid en lang wachten zonder communicatie niet, dan moet je hier niet bestellen!

Ich muß jetzt doch mal eine Lanze für Bloomcabin brechen.Ja,die damals angegebene Lieferzeit wurde arg überschritten,deshalb auch ein Stern Abzug.Aber mit Geduld und guten Nerven läßt es sich aushalten.
Der Austausch per E-Mail klappte reibungslos und auch an den Telefonaten bzw. Rückrufen war nichts auszusetzen.
Das große Gewächshaus wurde sicher verpackt in einer 755 Kg schweren Holzkiste geliefert.Beanstandete Fehlteile wurden sofort nachgeliefert.
Probleme gab es beim Einziehen des Profilgummis für das Glas.Doch auch hier,ein kurzer Anruf und innerhalb von ein paar Minuten wurde es durch ein zugesendetes Video geklärt.
Mittlerweile haben wir ein wunderschönes und stabiles Gewächshaus stehen das seinen Namen "Premium" durchaus gerecht wird.
Unser Fazit : Wer es nicht eilig hat und Geduld mitbringt ist bei Bloomcabin an der richtigen Stelle

I have had the same problems with Bloomcabin that other reviewers have experienced. I ordered a greenhouse in January 2026, and delivery was promised no later than March 1, 2026. I paid over $12,000.00 upfront.

I did not receive my paid for greenhouse and was not informed by Bloomcabin that there would be a delay. Several unreturned emails/phone calls later, Bloomcabin gave me the same excuse others have experienced: production delays.

August 2026, 8 months later, I was informed by FedEx that my greenhouse was being held by US customs awaiting documentation. Bloomcabin failed to send the proper documentation with the greenhouse, so I had to complete the documents for them.

Once cleared, the greenhouse arrived destroyed. The glass panes were shattered, frames bent, and the "crate" was broken. Glass was spilling out from the flimsy “crate,” and the FedEx driver said that the contents were destroyed. Upon inspection, Bloomcabin shipped a greenhouse internationally without any padding, bubble wrap, a proper crate, etc. Bloomcabin simply placed glass frames between a few pieces of thin plywood, screwed a few edges, and shipped the “crate.” Obviously, I rejected the delivery and FedEx took it back to their holding facility.

I informed Bloomcabin of the failed delivery and destroyed greenhouse six (6) weeks ago. I have emailed and called them countless times requesting a refund. If they respond, which is rare, it’s always the same response: delay and denial. I have been in contact with FedEx. Bloomcabin is demanding FedEx pay the full cost of the poorly packaged greenhouse. That’s the scam, you pay Bloomcabin 100% for the greenhouse and they make a claim with FedEx to get more money claiming FedEx improperly handled the “crate.” You will not receive a refund.

Bloomcabin wants you to believe that they have an office in Springdale, Pennsylvania. They don’t. Their US phone number (724) 558-8007 rings unanswered. They are a Lativian “company” claiming to be based out of Denmark. Google Bloomcabin’s claimed address in Denmark, it’s not them.

If they are in fact a real company, they are absolutely the worsts. If you haven’t received your greenhouse from Bloomcabin yet, cancel your order ASAP. Even if delivered, your greenhouse will be shattered and destroyed. Bloomcabin will not refund your money, even if they accept responsibility. Contact your credit card company, PayPal, or other payment platforms for help receiving a refund.

Also wir haben am 13. März bestellt, wir wurden vorher ins dunkle geführt mit einer Lieferzeit von 4-6 Wochen, im August kam dann die Lieferung, jedoch nur das Metallgestell des Gewächshauses und hier fehlen auch noch Teile, bis heute wurden keine Gläser geliefert der Kundenservice und kommt mit irgendwelchen läppischen Phrasen, unterirdischer Service, und eigentlich nicht mehr als eine Betrugsmasche.
