If you are in any way vulnerable, a victim of Domestic Violence &/or mentally unwell DO NOT use Kiran Gibson as your solicitor at Blackfords Solicitors, Woking. I met her at my first day in court, her colleague had previously been dealing with me. I was severely mentally unwell & distressed, having made several attempts to end my own life in the run up to the court date. Kiran got very close to me and said that I was wasting emergency services time by " Diverting them away from people who REALLY need help ". She got the case adjourned ( first of many spanning 9 months). The 2nd time I met her was before a police interview, she read out my charge which was based on a police statement. There was no evidence, her attitude was extremely aggressive, she repeatedly said to me " Yes ,you did DO this !!" . What kind of solicitor who is meant to be representing their client, acts like this ?. Kiran has her own reasons for siding with the police,despite there being no evidence for 2 of the crimes I allegedly committed. I had been subjected to police brutality and was injured, this left me deeply traumatised. Kiran reapeatly adjourned my case, under the guise of needing more evidence. She basically stood back and watched my already fragile mental state worsen, to the point where I was self harming and taking 2 overdoses a week. She knew that for 2 of my charges there was ZERO evidence, no police bodycam footage or adequate cctv footage. She let this carry on for months, any professional with an ounce of integrity and humanity would have realised that I was extremely close to succeeding in ending my own life due to this situation.I was Criminalised for being Mentally ill. She SHOULD of addressed it as a matter of urgency. It is only by sheer luck that I am here today & my son still has a Mother. 6 months into the constant adjournments, I had a abnormal mammogram & began to have tests for breast cancer. Kiran was also aware of this. I now am being treated for Breast Cancer, I attribute the severe, prolonged stress I was put under, the trauma of police brutality, being accused of something I didn't do having a solicitor devoid of Empathy with alliance towards the police no doubt contributed to my Cancer diagnosis. I have email correspondence between myself and Kiran dating from January 2025 to September 2025 which confirmed that this all took place. An already terrible situation was compounded by Ms Gibsons conduct.
