I purchased a pair of sandles for $80. They didn't fit and were made very cheaply. I paid $26 to return them for my money back, only to have the goods returned to me after 3 months waiting in customs in China. Customer care says the right things but the company is incompetent. BEWARE!!!! FRAUD ALERT!!! This company replied to my email and pretended to care about my case. This whole process started back in Feb/Mar. Horrible service. They sent me a damaged pair of shoes that I purchased for my wife. And they will not replace the damaged pair of shoes, nor will they send me a refund without me paying the international shipping charges. I do not trust them at all. They are a fraud! Giving them a 1 star rating is too generous. If I could get them a negative 5 star rating, I would. I also suspect that they are selling my personal contact information to spammers. I told them to stop contacting me. I've given up giving them a chance to make things right. I told to them to delete me from their system and to not sell or distribute my contact information to anyone. I'm sure they won't comply.

My sister mentioned the amber tumblers when she visited, so I ended up ordering a set for myself. They're heavier than I expected in a good way, the kind of glass that feels solid without being clunky, and the amber tint looks great with just a lamp on in the evening. I use two of them daily for water and the rest come out when people are over. Packaging was solid, nothing arrived cracked. One of the six has a tiny bubble in the glass, barely noticeable, doesn't bother me. Good buy for the price.

Complete scam. You can’t return goods that are substandard. Do not waste your time and money.

Do NOT order from this store. My husband bought a sports jacket. It was NOTHING like the description. It was a very cheap flimsy garment. After going thru the return process and paying to return it to China (although it says this is a US company - after 5 months the item was returned to us marked “unclaimed”

Do not buy from this store! I ordered a ‘cashmere’ sweater and what arrived was NOTHING like I ordered, very cheaply constructed fully synthetic in colours different from those advertised. I emailed them and received very polite responses however when I paid extra to return the item they say it was not received. I was told it was awaiting collection in China but despite numerous emails to them they never accepted any responsibility for picking it up, and did not credit me as promised. I urge others not to deal with this disreputable company.

The WORST! The two "cashmere" sweaters I ordered were supposed to be the largest size but would not have fitted a child. I was advised to return them for a full refund and was given an address in China to return them to by the Customer Service rep. I mailed them back in January 2026 and the package which has been opened and repackaged has just been returned to me ( Today is July 14th 2026) with labels saying "unknown" and "refused". Basically, no refund, additional postage cost to return and I'm still stuck with crappy fake cashmere which wouldn't fit a small child. This company is altogether a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PIRATES!

This company is a scam! I cannot stress that enough. Foolishly I did not check the online reviews before I ordered something from these crooks. The item I ordered was a size medium. Alexander Hampton sent me an XXL. I’ve been communicating with them for six months regarding the issue. They said they’d be willing to send me a 15% refund! I explained to them that this is completely their error and to either send me the right size or give me my money back. They said my size was no longer available. I think that is partly the scam. I looked on their website, which looks very legit by the way, and it says they still have a medium (which they obviously do not). You pay for the item and then they just send you whatever they feel like sending knowing you have little recourse in getting your money back. The garment, by the way, was so incredibly cheaply made and It smelled like really toxic chemicals. It was just an absolute worthless piece of synthetic fabric, whereas the pictures that advertises it make it look quite elegant. That’s called bait and switch! I’m basically out $90 at this point. More than anything, I just want to let folks out there know that this place is not cool and to spread the word. Oh, and they made a different offer once before. They said they’d they’d be willing to give me 15% off my next order if I wrote them a good review. Yeah, that’s not going to happen, I do have a little integrity left.

Ordered some goods from them. The promised delivery date came and went. When I queried the whereabouts of goods, I got answers such as: Having delivery issues, then the goods are with Royal Mail. I asked for a refund, and all I got was silence. I asked for a refund again, then silence. Be aware of the appalling customer service from these people.

The most evil deceptive misleading company I’ve ever dealt with. Even though you would spend hundreds of dollars on shoes, none of them are American sizing so they will not fit and when you try to return them, they will try to make you spend triple the amount to send back to an international address. Having to pay for customs because their sizing is anything but correct while they force you to send them photos so they can attempt to correct their sizing issues should be illegal.

Absolute sham of a site, ordered a jacket for my husband last year, the start of November, when it finally arrived, it looked nothing like it’s pictures and was pure cheap looking. Emailed them about a return policy, was told I could either keep jacket and get small percentage of the money back, or return at my own cost, so I did, and cost me over €30 to return, 6months later and several emails to the company asking, where the hell was my refund, the jacket only arrived back to me again the other day. I’ve had no reply back from the company from a few weeks back, so I doubt I’ll get one either for asking why the hell have I got it again and still no refund. Bottom line, DON’T order from this sham of a site…

I ordered over $200 in items, jackets, shoes, etc. I never received them, lost in shipping. Customer service responds to email, they keep saying they will send replacement order. Never shipped. Asked for a refund, they just say they'll check with dispatch to ship the replacement. Going on since December. June now. They are scammers. Stay away!

Ordering was easy and my package arrived sooner than expected. Everything was well packed and exactly as described. I’d definitely buy again.

Same experience as other reviewers. Shipping took forever. Received three pairs of shoes that were not what I ordered. If I returned the items received, they said it would cost me most of my refund to ship items back to them...their mistake but I would have to pay return shipping. In the end I got 15% refund and 3 pairs of shoes I can't use. Terrible experience.

They shipped wrong item. Said they would resend new and correct size. Nothing. I email them 69 days later. Oh sorry they say item is discontinued but here is 15% off next order. Sorry. There won’t be a next order Not a good company. You will lose if you order from them I did

The cust srv sucks. It took over a month to get order. Shoes nowhere near colir shown & run very large. It has been 3 months, getting the runaround from rep that had interest in helping. Return policy quoted as reason for no return. I met policy online but they came up with an entirely different policy: keep shoes i can't wear + 15% refund or for full refund send to China. I would go barefoot before I order from this joke of a company. The brands should pull away from doing biz wuth them. BBB & contacting brands is next. No company sd get away with this pitiful way of doing biz. Ladies...RUN LIKE HELL. I didnt even want to give them 1 star. This is a 1st. ITS A JOKE. ITS A SCAM. ITS GHETTO. COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BIZ.

Sweater shrunk so badly it is not wearable.

I ordered shoes I needed for long conventions I worked Jan, Feb and March. It is now mid May and no shoes have arrived. I have emailed at least 8 times asking for refund. They keep replying the need more time ! I see no shoes or refund coming.

Scammers!! They will take your money and send you the wrong item and when you send it back. They say it’s lost. Also paid $40 to return the product
