Clicktrans Anmeldelser 

I used Clicktrans in October 2025 to book international transport of household furniture from London to Switzerland. I accepted a quote from a carrier listed on the platform as "Cosmin Apostila," displayed prominently with a "100% positive feedback" rating. Clicktrans's own booking confirmation identified the carrier's company as COS777 LTD (UK company number 11029954).

The carrier collected the goods on 3 November 2025. A 50% deposit was paid. More than seven months later, the goods have never been delivered. The carrier stalled repeatedly by claiming he was "waiting for a full load" and has become unresponsive to further messages.

When I verified the carrier's details against the UK Companies House public register (find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk), I found that COS777 LTD is:

Registered as DORMANT, meaning it has formally declared to UK authorities that it is not trading;
Subject to a First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off;
In default of its statutory accounts filings since July 2024.

In other words, at the point Clicktrans accepted my booking on this carrier's behalf, the UK company presented as "verified" had not been legally trading for over a year and was in the process of being dissolved. This is publicly available information that anyone can check in under a minute.

The invoice subsequently issued by the carrier introduced further inconsistencies: a different trading name, an unverifiable claimed Spanish entity, and payment directed to a Wise account in a third name ("McNmove") — none of which had been disclosed at booking. No legitimate international removals operation presents this kind of fragmented corporate identity.

When I raised all of this with Clicktrans, providing full evidence including the Companies House record, Clicktrans responded that they were unable to assist further.

This matter has since been reported to UK Action Fraud (reference RF26050224093C), UK Companies House (creditor's objection filed against the strike-off, reference OBJ-4AC3-1862-9159), the Polish Data Protection Authority UODO (in respect of Clicktrans's carrier verification and data handling), and Wise's fraud team.

My warning to others: the "verified carrier" and "100% positive feedback" indicators on Clicktrans do not, in my experience, reflect meaningful verification of the underlying company's legal status. Anyone considering using Clicktrans should independently verify any carrier's registered company against Companies House (UK), the equivalent registers in the carrier's claimed home country, and search the invoiced payment beneficiary name — before parting with any money or handing over goods.

I would not recommend relying on Clicktrans's verification indicators.

I listed a few items for transport between Sweden and Belgium and was both disappointed and appalled by the experience. The site seems to be teeming with dodgy and unprofessional companies. The company I accepted for the transport quickly wanted my deposit, which I of course paid promptly since I first got the impression that this was a serious site.
Initially, I received replies to my questions but a few days before the agreed pickup date, the transport company didn’t get back to me when I wanted to confirm. Only the night before the pickup did I received a short email saying there had been an accident and they weren’t coming. No apology and not a word bout the deposit paid. I received a reply and my deposit only after I posted a negative review about the company in question. The woman in charge wrote me a very aggressive email and asked me to remove my review.

I wish I had read the negative reviews about the removal company more thoroughly, because I’m not the only one who received an email the day before to say the truck had been in an accident and the transport was cancelled. When checking, I also found several aggressive and unprofessional replies from the same woman.

I also find it unacceptable that if you are a client and write an honest, negative review you immediately receive a negative rating about yourself from the company in question! This is completely absurd when you’re buying a service. It also seems that the drivers are always alone and never drive in pairs like in serious removal companies, which makes me wonder about working conditions. They don’t seem to be members of international organizations that guarantee a certain quality, either. I get the impression that many of these companies operate in a grey area.
If you’re moving or transporting goods, just get quotes directly from serious professionals in the field and save yourself nasty surprises. It’s worth paying for quality!

Servizio efficace

I'd like to put in evidence that Clicktrans doesn't give any help if you have problems with the carrier. So, for example, I'm in trouble because a carrier took my goods from a private seller and, after that and without any agreement, is asking me a 35% increase of the costs. He is threatening not to make the delivery and to charge me for storing the goods at his warehouse if I don't pay, 35% more than what we agreed, before he come to my house during the next days.
This could happens to everybody of you and Clicktrans gives you any help at all! My only solution is to go to the Police and asking for the support of a lawyer.
My advise is to stay away from platforms as Clicktrans that offer no protection for customers and connect them with service providers who do whatever they want. It's much better to choose serious companies specialized in deliveries. Often it doesn't cost more and for sure you don't have risks.
