Disappointed return customer 🙁
I told you once so I’ll summarize my disappointment.
1. Coolie was inferior to my previous order
2. Coolie 12,oz printed only on one side when two was quoted and requested
3. The color vibrance of the coolie color and the ink was lacking.
I guess sometimes we just can’t meet an expectation. This was the case with me and this order. I was spoiled from the excellence of my first order.. That’s what brought me back. I guess I need to search elsewhere for future orders.
Good luck

David, thanks for letting us know this order did not match your expectations; we can assure you this doesn't match our company ethic either, but we're human and we do occasionally make mistakes. We will make this right for you. Our manager has already offered you a reprint or a gift card. If you choose the reprint option, we can assure you the reprint will indeed match your expectations. Thanks again for your feedback; we want you to be a satisfied customer.
