The company I work for just recently switched over to 11x and overall we love it and its super easy to navigate and use! Matt (our customer success manager) is always quick to help and answer questions when needed!

I use 11x for both enrichment and outreach. It has been an incredibly intuitive platform, very easy to use.

Our customer support has also been amazing and incredibly responsive.

I really love our team at 11x! Onboarding took around two weeks and our CSM made it super easy and we've been getting a lot of early results. Highly recommend!

Engaged with 11x through multiple discussions and internal/legal alignment based on a pilot approach that was consistently positioned throughout the process. Late in the engagement, this shifted to requiring a full annual commitment before any validation could take place. The issue was not pricing, but the inconsistency and lack of transparency in how the engagement was handled, which resulted in significant wasted time.

11X and Pato have been great partners so far. We’re already seeing positive results with meeting scheduling in our first week, which has been really encouraging.

Where 11X stands out from competitors is its ability to support deep customization and account-level research. The platform makes it possible to build a knowledge base around the content and messaging you want your team to follow up on, which helps you be much more intentional about how you communicate your company’s value in each campaign.

It does require a bit more expertise in AI, prompt building, and thoughtful campaign setup than some other AI tools. But for us, that was actually a strength, not a drawback. That level of control and intentionality is exactly why we chose 11X.

I loved being able to use this tool as an outbound SDR in order to really double down on the specific outreach I want to tackle and go full focus on. Our specialist Nick (Yung) has done an outstanding job walking us through, keeping us up to date with our metrics, along with ensuring our concerns are address sooner rather than later. One thing I wish was more keen or sharp is the responses generated, as even with absolutely tailored prompting - you can see some flaws and AI generated language which of course is to be expected. Nonetheless, positive about the overall experience.

This is the feedback I gave them after spending $9,000 on their tool:

I am writing to inform you that my company will not be accepting your offer for an extension.

Our decision is based on the performance metrics observed during our use of Alice. We invested $9,000 in the tool and approximately $3,000 in human resources time. Out of 9,000 messages sent, which were intended to be well-researched, highly targeted, and appealing, we received no meeting requests (first screenshot below).

For comparison, our traditional word-of-mouth activity typically yields a 5-10% success rate in securing meetings, although with a lower volume of sourced leads. Even a 0.5% success rate with Alice would have been acceptable, but zero success indicates that Alice's core premise of effective prospecting research and lead-attracting messages is unfulfilled.

We also observed instances of poor targeting and messaging. For example, in a campaign targeting companies with fewer than 500 employees, Alice incorrectly targeted a high-ranking manager at Google, simply because he "used to work" at a smaller company (second screenshot). Additionally, we've seen messages compiled with strange mistakes, rendering them unintelligible and suspicious (see the third screenshot). Ironically, one such message was among the few that received a response, which was "not interested." These errors not only hinder our ability to secure meetings and deals but also risk damaging our reputation and could lead to potential leads blocking us as spammers.

When we decided to use Alice, we expected a production-ready tool that would automate our prospecting and messaging, eliminating the need to hire a full-time lead generator and marketer. However, it appears that effective use of Alice would require a full-time person dedicated to monitoring every aspect of targeting and messaging, which is not feasible for us.

Please consider this email as candid feedback from a disappointed customer who initially believed in the potential of your company and product. I will share this feedback in my reviews to caution others against being overhyped about Alice. I believe it's important for prospective users, especially those without a dedicated marketing team, to understand that the product may not be mature enough to fill that gap.

11x is an amazing tool for SDRs and full cycle AEs that want to achieve personalization at scale with their emails. 11x automates finding qualified prospects, doing deep research at a company and prospect level, and building email sequences that will resonate. It puts out great messaging when you give it the right prompt it really understand what you are asking it and does a great job.
